I had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The host team was very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Our host can't be beat with the spice rack. They had any spices you would need for your meal. That was a huge and welcoming change for us.

The house was very clean, and styled nicely. Our host, Matt, was very responsive answering questions about checking in, and any issues that we needed help with while we stayed there. We even were able to get back in after checkout to retrieve a necklace, my sister forgot. The laundry facility was very helpful, and we had a great time there!

great home, off street parking. all systems functional. would stay again if in area. owners informed of a snag in the clothing dryer, fyi if not fixed may have damage to clothing.

Great home

Absolutely great house for our stay. Beautifully decorated and spacious for our group of six. So many little extras that made it a wonderful experience. Parking is tight but it worked for our two cars with some adjusting. Ample cooking equipment (we did buy and donate hot mitts as we couldn't find any) to have a couple meals at the house. Games and a super hard puzzle were appreciated! Quick communication about any questions or issues we had. Overall a fabulous vacation. We visited Creation Museum, The Ark Encounter and the Florence Y'alls baseball game. Had pizza from Dewey's Pizza that was delicious.

While the rental group that manages this property tried hard to earn a 5-star rating, I just couldn't do it. The listing mentions, "Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges", I wish they would have gone one step further and provided specifics. We were asked to sign an additional rental agreement form with very open-ended "term and conditions" (found online by searching,"grand welcome terms and conditions", for those who want to plan ahead). We were also asked to use the third-party site Truvi as part of their fraud prevention check. The good news is Truvi didn't ask for personal info beyond what you'd enter into VBRO, but it's still yet another site you have to provide your personal data to. And, if you book the non-refundable option and are uncomfortable using the third-party site, you're stuck. All frustrations aside from the start of our trip, the house itself is great. It's in what seemed to be a decent part of town, on a street that wasn't super quiet, but not super loud either. The layout, furniture, and design elements in the house are great. Tons of room, with an amazing kitchen, and a fun backyard. The real treat, for those who enjoy these extras, is the fun lighting elements, and artwork throughout the whole house. Bonus points to the team for labeling what each light does. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
