This serene house in Lower Township offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can relax and unwind in this soothing space. The living room also provides an additional sleeping option with a cozy sofa bed. There is an inground heated swimming pool and large patio area with fire pit. The pool area also has a fire pit and a BBQ area and outdoor seating for 12. There is also a 75 in TV outside by the pool to enjoy an evening of movies in or around the pool. The house is located 700 feet from the bay. The artwork throughout the house was created by my mother. All of the work was produced at the residence. So. I’ve named it after her! Experience what Lower Township has to offer with a stay at our house. Sunday to Sunday rentals only Between June and the end of September. Monthly rental for traveling medical professionals are available October 1 through April 30

The house was away from Cape May crowds but 7-12 minutes near everything we wanted to do or see. The just was very responsive. The highlight was the pool. It was fantastic

House was stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We especially loved hanging by the pool area. Great restaurants nearby and beautiful sunsets one block down. Perfect vacation!

Neil was great host and house met out expectations. 1) clean with all amenities, 2) only one block from bayside beach and 10-15 mins from. North cape may or cape may, 3) great pool, multiple outdoor seating areas with quiet neighborhood. Great find, would book again.

Neil made us feel "right at home", he was easy to reach & speak with. Enjoying the former owners artwork made us feel very comfortable. The provisions promised were abundant. The home provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas. The rooms were great for our family of 10. The AC was perfect during the hottest week of the year! We utilized the pool both day & night and took advantage of watching TV, movies, sports was ideal with the 78" outside screen. The pool was perfect for our family...both of our youngest grandchildren learned how to swim.We took advantage of the great location by taking walks to the Delaware/Cape May Bay beach. We enjoyed 7 nights of walking one block to the bay to view the most incredible sunsets. We were able to enjoy July 4th fireworks at the bay & right on our own beach! (provided by local residents)The location was perfect for the kiddoes, both young & teenagers. We managed to swim & rest at the Bay when it was hot and then take a 15 min ride over to Diamond Beach in Wildwood...(least crowded)The location afforded us an opportunity to take turns preparing meals on the BBQ or ordering food to take in/out! There are great restaurants just minutes away from the location like; Lucky Bones, Harpoons on the Bay, Fish & Fancy (take out) and the 2 local bakeries. Overall, we collectively gave the home a 10 rating.!.

From check in to check out, our stay was great! Host was attentive when needed, however wasn’t too much. The home was very clean and neatly organized. Perfect for a family - with young ones or older kiddos. All the amenities you could think you would need were accessible. Heated Pool was a bonus and created quality time and space. The property is pet friendly from inside to the outdoors where it is fenced in and safe for our dog to play. Definitely recommend and would likely stay again in the future.
