This lovely home suited every need for our 8 person family vacation. The pictures certainly don’t do it justice. The way the home was laid out was perfect for our family and everyone had plenty of space to call their own. The pool, hot tub, and the short walk to the beach took this place over the top! We will certainly be renting this home again for our next trip!!

I think the highest compliment that can be made is the fact we are returning guests having stayed here last year as well. Our family enjoyed the house (great interior space and pool) and location (easy access to beach and shops/restaurants) so much we accommodated our schedule to take advantage of an open slot to return again.

We had a great week at this beach house! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to get to the beach and other nearby attractions.The saltwater pool was a favorite with everyone in our group—we spent a lot of time enjoying it!We had such a great time that we're already planning to come back. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach trip.

This is probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed at in 40 visits to EI. Surprisingly large inside and outside living areas. Beautiful kitchen and outdoor spaces. Very short walk to the beach and some restaurants/shops. Both children and adults had a lovely week. Thanks for hosting us! We will plan to return soon!

My family and I stayed for the weekend. 6 adults, 3 children including a baby. This place was perfect! First impressions were incredible. The property looks like a normal beach house from the outside but the inside is simply top notch. Super clean, nice open area for family gatherings. Great selection of bed rooms especially for the parents with kids. The outdoor shower was great when getting back from the beach and the pool was just amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Great access to the beach. There was also a few baby related items on the property including a crib and a few other things. The one thing I’d maybe add would be a baby gate since the stairs to the lower level are pretty steep. But, overall, probably a top 3 stay since using vrbo and when we revisit Emerald Isle, this place will be our first priority!

Great family place

Great house for large family gathering...plenty of common kitchen/dining/living space but also nice areas for those times you need a bit of individual space. A nicely furnished kitchen, wonderful pool and outdoor space, and easy walk to beach access make this a place we would love to return in the future.

Perfect for families!

We loved our entire experience! The house was beautiful and clean. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all messages. We highly recommend!

The owners were flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean and the lady who cleaned the house went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Nice walk to beach. Great pool area. Great walking path for exercise as well as walking to restaurants. Fantastic house to choose!

This place is a gem! We were a family of 5 adults and two littles (1 and 3 years old), and this home was perfect for our crew. There was plenty of space, and all the thoughtful accommodations made us feel so welcome and right at home.Nicole was an amazing host — truly 10-star communication! She did such a great job making sure we were set up for a fantastic week and was always quick to respond.The downstairs apartment-style layout was especially perfect for two adults and their two little girls. It gave them their own space to parent, relax, and enjoy those early-morning “Can we go to the beach…NOW?!” moments without waking everyone upstairs. We loved being so close to the beach, and the wagon made hauling all the beach gear much easier. The saltwater pool was also a huge bonus for those days when the beach setup felt like a little too much. And with sandy kiddos, the outdoor shower was definitely appreciated!Another HUGE plus is how conveniently located this home is to everything — restaurants, shopping, doctors, rentals, hardware stores, gas, bait and tackle… you name it!Between the location, space, amenities, and an incredible host, this home really has it all. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

Very enjoyable stay in this property. Very large rooms. Several bathrooms. Loved the salt water, heated pool and hot tub. Roads around the property were safe for kids to ride their bikes. Close to shopping and recreation. Walked a block or so to the beach. Decor of the home was amazing. Can't say anything negative about this property and host. It was the best property we ever stayed at, and we rent every year at different NC beaches. This rates a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic home. We loved it. Very close to the beach and a quick walk/drive to all restaurants. Great outdoor pool area. Will definitely be staying at this home again.
