Oceanfront duplex with beautiful sunset views

Top Notch West is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (West side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating. Up to two well-behaved dogs (depending on size, breed) are welcome with a $150 non-refundable deposit.

Absolutely stunning views! There is nothing like being right on the beach and this house is perfectly placed. The owner was very friendly, responsive to all my needs, and very easy to work with. My only regret is not staying longer.

Excellent location. Very privates. Amazing view of the ocean from each floor. Incredibly awesome to drift off to sleep hearing the waves at night. The house needs a little TLC on the inside (paint, removing bugs from the kitchen light and the sliding screen doors not easy to open or close) and some upgrades. Overall we had a great getaway.

Our multi-generational family of 11 had a wonderful time at this Emerald Isle home. The property was well kept and comfortable.The ocean access was amazing and made it so easy to enjoy the beach, surf fishing and nighttime “crabbing”. Amy and Drew were responsive and easy to work with. A wonderful vacation!

This home is in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and peaceful views of the ocean (pictures are accurate). Amy accommodated our last minute reservation and provided helpful, prompt communication. The home was clean and had everything we needed. There was nobody staying next door so it was especially quiet - which we loved. We definitely look forward to visiting again and recommend this home to others.

We had an amazing stay here! The location and views were perfect. A great place for a family vaction.The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a 9x13 baking pan or two.

Beautiful beach front stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the beach and sound of the waves from the porches was so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils for cooking and the beds were very comfortable.
