Beautiful Lake Pinehurst property only 1-2 miles from the clubhouse at Pinehurst Resort, the "Cradle" par 3, & the Pinehurst Spa. The community of Southern Pines is only a few miles away which offers additional fine dining & shopping.

THE SPACE:
As you walk into the space, you will be greeted by views of the beautiful Lake Pinehurst from the glass doors off the living room leading to the outdoor patio. The living space is a light and open concept with comfortable seating and a smart tv for relaxing. The kitchen space is clean, new, and has all the amenities you would need for cooking a great meal. There is also complimentary keurig coffee and snacks. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, smart tv, an office/vanity area, full bathroom, and large closets for storing your belongings. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a closet. Next door to this bedroom is it's full bathroom. Both bathrooms have complimentary shampoo and body wash along with fresh towels. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your use. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You have access to the entire 237 condo. Parking is free out front of the condo as you can see in the pictures. You do not need a parking pass.

Our stay worked out wonderfully there. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. The balcony was a great place for coffee/wine. The host was easy to reach when we had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice lake views and comfortable furniture. Stocked kitchen appliances and anything you might need to make meals. Property is on the second floor. Quiet location! Porch could use some sweeping and cleaning off of furniture, though, for the next renter. Great stay, don't hesitate!

This was such a lovely place to stay! The bedrooms were extremely comfy and stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed as we prepared several meals there. The location is peaceful and I hope to come back in the spring /summer when I can enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the lake/canal. Highly recommend for a small group of friends or a family of 4!

My family and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed our time. The condo was clean, provided a beautiful, peaceful view from the balcony area, had good amenities, and was in a great location. The owner was attentive and answered questions right away. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great. Comfy beds, and furniture, coffee station, water view balcony over a bubbling brook, short drive to shops and downtown . Second floor outdoor walk up was a little dark but nothing iPhone light couldn’t fix.

Enjoyable trip in quiet location
We enjoyed our stay. Property was as described. Check in easy. Location good and accessible to restaurants and golf courses. Kitchen equipped with all one needs.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for when it came to great location, large space, and access to the community pool. It is in good condition. Unfortunately, after the second day, we came back to a cockroach scurrying across the family room floor. I was able to kill it but it definitely upset my wife and kids. I message the host and they were very responsive. Said that sometimes bugs get in and he will have the pest company do an extra application in the near future. The third night we get back to the unit to find another roach on the family room couch. I chase this thing around as they are pretty fast and finally get it. As I’m chasing this one around my wife yells that there is another one by the garbage can. Needless to say this soured the stay as what is a nice place. Im sure a pest application or two will remediate the situation so others can enjoy the property without the stress it caused us.

Girlfriend weekend getaway
This condo is the perfect spot for a couple of friends to just get away and relax. There’s a lake and fountain you can enjoy from the second floor balcony. The pool looked clean and inviting but it was a bit too hot for us to try it out. The drive to Pinehurst Village is only a few minutes away.
