The Magnolia Farmhouse was perfect for our High Point market stay. Very clean, so quiet and convenient to the highway.Laura was very responsive.

The Magnolia Farmhouse worked perfectly for our stay. It is in an established neighborhood, set back from the road with large front & back yards. Very peaceful. It was a great location. It was a 10-15 minute drive to a variety of restaurants, shopping and the GSO airport. Laura was lovely to work with and always responded to our inquiries. Definitely will stay here next time we visit beautiful NC.

We were here for a celebration of life and for us this was perfect. The location is in a neighborhood but that was fine with us. Right by a main highway that takes you to many restaurants and grocery all within a mile or 2. Laura responded quickly to all questions and even took an item we left over to a friends house so she could return it to us! Would stay again if we are in the area! Beds were comfy and the space was clean and nicely decorated!

Unclear on driveway. Not enough TVs in space, bathroom water pressure poor, shower hot and cold mismatch, tv in main area did not move. Good location. Better lighting outside needed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value all guest input as it helps us improve. Regarding the outdoor lighting, we'd like to clarify that the main entrance lights are set to operate from dusk to dawn automatically. If the switch was manually turned off, the lights would not function as intended — we’ll make sure clearer instructions are available for future guests. Additionally, there are motion sensor lights installed in both the front yard and backyard to enhance visibility and safety at night. In terms of entertainment, we do have a TV in the living room exactly as advertised on the listing. We also offer a large, retractable projector screen in the main area to provide an upgraded viewing experience. We’re glad you found the location convenient and hope you’ll consider staying with us again as we continue to improve our guest experience.

This is the absolute perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at The Gardens at Gray Gables. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and with the convenience/proximity to event venue and grocery store. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent.

Location was convenient to a country wedding we had in Summerfield. Could've used a few more furnishings(glassware, better TV). But very cozy for two couples. Big backyard area with firepit!
