Charming, quiet, and only 22min outside of Chattanooga! Plenty of space, incedibly clean, and well-stocked kitchen. They even had several fans for sleepers who need noise-we appreciated that!

Hosts were very nice and prompt with all the information that was needed. Well stocked kitchen and peaceful deck! Some cigarette butts from previous guest was left outside. Upstairs shower looks dated. Overall a wonderful time!

It was a beautiful property. Our vacation was destination was TN, but this house was within a 25/30 minute drive of all we wanted to do. We fully utilized the gym and sauna. We had a group of 6 and they provided plenty of toilet paper/ paper towels, which we have had issues with in the past. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Wooded Retreat

The beautiful home is amongst a few other houses in a secluded woods with a small lake. The house was pristine and we loved the character and charm. Room for the whole family!

The directions to the property were accurate and easy to follow. The lake house was clean and spacious. We were very comfortable throughout the entire house inside and outside. The property had so many amenities to enjoy. Our family enjoyed the grill, the hot tub, the firepit, the arcade, and most of all the theater and theater room. They even had a popcorn machine that we absolutely loved. The owners communicated very well, and they go well above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, the view was great, and the hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. My 7 year old loved the giant UNO game and being able to watch tv while she relaxed in the jacuzzi. It was less than 30 minutes to Chattanooga. I didn’t want to return home! We would stay here again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts that were always quick to reply.

All was good. We changed out battery in basement smoke detector because it was beeping. We couldn’t find fork or tongs for grill. That’s all minor stuff. Get property!

Exemplary host! Electronic door lock lost signal, George was on the phone with me in minutes. House was worth every penny and then some. The master tub !!!! Almost couldn't pry my wife out of it. Entire family truly enjoyed making memories here. Thanks, George, for making this vacation truly memorable! We'll be back!
