Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo: very clean, nice space and patio, close to the pool & hot tub and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools to cook a great meal!

Warm, welcoming, and well-stocked

This is an outstanding, gorgeous, spacious condo in the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club. Amenities galore, beautiful fruit trees and green space are plentiful with about 30 steps to a sparkling pool and spa. Johnathan has thought of every detail and has all the appliances, gadgets, supplies and office space to make this a wonderful respite from the east coast cold winter in a home away from home. Thanks, Johnathan for a wonderful, safe place to call our temporary home!

Wonderful Experience in Every Regard!

I rented this condo while my husband and I visited Palm Desert for my husband's birthday and we had a wonderful time in spite of all the cancellations from Southwest Airlines that left us doing a road trip for part of our travels. This condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We found the complex to be very quiet and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs facing the pool in the afternoons. It's also in a good location to get to various golf courses, restaurants, etc. Johnathan, the host, was attentive and gracious each time we spoke with him. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a lovely place to stay to choose this rental! We hope to return one day!

Great

It's an excellent property, very well equipped and well supplied. The location within Desert Falls is fantastic with a south facing patio. All in all a perfect spot for two couples with dual master bedrooms as well as two seating areas which allow for some separation during an extended stay.

Clean, Quality, Comfort

The owner has obviously invested a lot to make this condo a very special and comfortable place. The quality of the furniture, beds, linens, kitchen appliances and gadgets are all outstanding. And, the location provides easy access to a great pool, and quick entrance/exit to the gated compound. Grocery, restaurants, coffee - about a 5 minute drive. We stayed for a month and never had a single issue or problem. The owner and property managers are super nice and very accommodating. The convenience of walking 50 feet from patio to the pool is priceless. If you're asking yourself, "I wonder if the unit has....?" Yes, it probably does - the owner has thought of everything and stocked it. We definitely felt spoiled.

Our second stay at resort. Never a problem. With such a cool month, the southern exposure was able to maximize temps. Great unit for the price.

Beautiful Condo Villa and Wonderful Location

We rented the villa unit for the month of January 2019. The Villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and wonderfully located. The kitchen had more gadgets, utensils, dishes and equipment than I have in my own kitchen in Chicago. We were very happy with our stay there. My husband and I are daily swimmers so it was lovely that we could walk out to a large heated pool which was located right outside the patio door. The owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

Villa Vacanza - An outstanding vacation spot!!

This condo is a really special place and Johnathan, the owner, goes out of his way to make it a dream location for a vacation stay. If you enjoy reading, there are many dozens of books on the shelf, if you enjoy music, there is a Bose sound system that pairs with your cell phone for great listening, if you enjoy watching T.V., there are four, large, flat-screen T.V.s located throughout the condo, if you enjoy playing games, there are all sorts of games in the cupboards, if you enjoy relaxing in the outdoors, there is a great covered, outdoor patio with a sitting area, a dining area, a large grill and refrigerator, all overlooking the pool facilities including a hot tub and large pool, kept at a very nice temperature for swimming. And the condo’s layout is fantastic. It is equipped with everything imaginable for a comfortable visit, including a wonderfully equipped kitchen that is designed for folks who enjoy cooking, a well-equipped office nook with desk and T.V., a breakfast nook, an open, bright, well decorated living room space and a nice dining space with a large dining table, a separate, comfortable lounge-T.V. room and large and nicely decorated en-suite bedrooms with large walk-in closets. During our stay, we had easy access to the property manager and were pleased that Johnathan called us to make certain that we had everything we needed for a great month’s stay. Several friends of ours who vacation in the Palm Desert area were amazed when they visited us, and they said that this condo was the nicest and best equipped one they had seen in the area. We wholeheartedly agree. We love it and look forward to our next stay at Villa Vacanza. Thank you, Johnathan.

Everything we needed was there, plus extras.

Condo was very clean, very well supplied. Really appreciated the bicycle which I used to ride to the clubhouse for workouts. Pool was great for grandkids. Really could not ask for anything better.

Fantastic

This was the perfect vacation. We read the other reviews and felt we couldn’t really add anything. The Villa was everything the other reviews stated and more – absolutely beautiful. Both Johnathan and Pat are GREAT. We want to thank them both for making this such a special vacation.

Villa Vacanza is a Bonanza!!

My wife and I spent the month of March at Villa Vacanza in the Desert Falls Country Club, and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and delightful condominium. During our stay, we had the pleasure of interacting with both Johnathan, the owner, and Pat, the condominium coordinator, and it was clear that their top priority was our comfort and enjoyment of the condo. The condo, itself, is spectacular – light, bright and airy. The furniture, general décor and the art work throughout the condo are both comfortable and easy on the eyes. There are two separate conversation areas – a large, very nicely decorated living room overlooking the patio and pool, and a den that can be closed off from the rest of the house, with comfortable furniture and a large, wall-mounted T.V. We like to read, and we found a library with over a hundred books and games galore. We also enjoyed having the Bose sound system which we could pair to our iPhones for music throughout the day. The kitchen is clearly designed for folks who enjoy cooking! It is equipped with every pot, pan, dish and utensil you would need for preparing either a snack or a five-course meal. The Samsung stainless-steel appliances look like some of the best on the market. We would wake up in the morning and have to decide whether to use the regular coffee maker, the Keurig coffee maker, the expresso machine or the French press– this place has it all! We particularly enjoyed life on the patio, with a state-of-the-art grill, and a lounge area and a dining area, both overlooking the heated pool, which is the largest and nicest in the community. We also appreciated the two separate, large, en-suite bedrooms, each with very comfortable beds, large dressers and walk-in closets for storage of our clothes. Also, both had very nice bathrooms, each with a tub and shower. Finally, I appreciated the well-equipped office area, with desk, phone and T.V. (one of the four in the condo) in the breakfast nook just off the kitchen, where I could take care of business during our stay. Our month at Villa Vacanza also gave us a very friendly community for walking, biking, bird-watching and access to the Desert Fall Country Club facilities. We dined there, enjoyed drinks on the patio overlooking the ninth and eighteenth greens and had access to their excellent fitness center. We feel very lucky to have found Johnathan’s Villa Vacanza, and we hope to be able to return for the next several years.

First Class and Worth It!

This unit is the best that we have encountered in the four years that we have been renting in Palm Desert. It is completely equipped to satisfy the requirements of renter clients in all aspects of appliances, supplies and entertainment. It is imaginatively and comfortably decorated to high standards in every room and comes complete with many extra technology devices that enhance the renter’s quality of life, i.e. remote light switches, USB plug-ins at all beside tables, remote fan controls, Bluetooth speakers, etc. Combined with the availability of the Desert Falls club facilities and golf course, it is a one-stop, 5-star rental with an Olympic-sized pool just steps from the patio. In addition, the owner and his on-site manager are willing and eager to quickly address any deficiencies to make the renter’s stay more enjoyable. We have revised our annual plans to again visit Villa Vacanza next year.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I rented this condo for one month in November and we were extremely pleased. When we arrived everything was spotless and ready for us. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a dream....with everything you may need. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio which overlooks the pool. There is a large BBQ and plenty of outdoor outdoor space to relax. The owner and property manager are attentive and easy to deal with. We have already booked for next year...love this place!!

Dream Place

This condo is large and spacious,beautifully decorated and opens up to an olympic size pool with hot tub. It was spotless and had every amenity you could possibly desire. The owner was very gracious , easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure our stay went flawlessly. The community has a beautiful golf course and a fully equipped gym and tennis courts. We loved the place and plan to return.

Awesome Place

This place has everything! Beautiful large patio with comfy loungers and table for six. Steps from large pool. High end BBQ, great for entertaining. The kitchen is a dream for any chef. Condiments, spices, oils and cookware all supplied for your use. This owner has thought of everything for our comfort and enjoyment. We have stayed in six places in Desert Falls and this is the best.

luxury in the desert

We have stayed here for the last two years...once for six weeks and once for two months...and we are booked again for 2015. Each year we stay in several vacation rentals of this sort in many places in the world and this one is, quite simply, the best one we've found! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, fully equipped and wonderfully located near a very large pool...it is a lovely home. There is quality in every aspect of the furnishings and décor and every effort has been taken by the owner to ensure the visitors comfort. The pictures and the write-up are 100% accurate. The owner and the owner's local representative are pleasant, accessible and easy to deal with; they make all transactions simple and uncomplicated. We have found the location to be convenient for the things we enjoy in the desert and the immediate neighbourhood is very pretty and pleasant for daily walks. We have recommended this accommodation to friends and family...but only on the understanding that we get to pick our dates first!
