The lodge is the perfect place for a reunion. Angie couldn’t have been more helpful. She even arranged for a whale to swim by!!I cannot recommend this property enough.

I've stayed in some nice places in my life. This beautiful home on Bainbridge is one of the best. The house, the gardens, the views, and the beach were magical.

Wonderful house with spectacular views! Plenty of room for large groups to comfortably stay and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The host is easy to communicate with and extremely helpful - we had an amazing stay!

This is an amazingly beautiful and well stocked home. We had our three married children, three toddlers and a nanny and had plenty of room and privacy.The property was stunning and the yard and beach kept our grandchildren entertained for a week. I highly recommend this rental. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely - thank you!!

Our family came together from across three states…and our stay was beyond wonderful. We are planning on a repeat get together as soon as everyone can compare their calendars. Our Golden Retriever loved the grounds. The house was stunning. Our host amazing.

Our family of 10 were simply thrilled with Angie’s property. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, far beyond our expectations. The architecture of the house, the landscaping and the amenities were all exceptional. We enjoyed playing croquet, kayaking in the sound, playing pool and sitting by the fire pit watching the ships and sea mammals. The location is great for visiting both the Seattle area and Olympic Peninsula. Also, Angle is a great host. She was extremely helpful and genuinely invested in making certain we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The fresh flowers arranged throughout the house were absolutely gorgeous and made such a lovely first impression. Since we were staying over a holiday weekend, it was also such a thoughtful touch that decorations were available for us to put up and enjoy together.The home itself is stunning workmanship, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a family reunion, and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather while still having space to spread out. The house was perfectly equipped, inviting, and made for a memorable week together.Make sure you spend enough time at this home to enjoy the outdoor paths, ponds and boathouse, as well as the indoor timber home craftsmanship! The gardens and outside activities make it a vacation you’ll remember for years. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!

We had a fantastic stay and truly couldn’t recommend this property more. The views from the house are incredible, and the beautiful flowers and landscaping throughout both the front and back of the property created so many peaceful little places to sit and enjoy nature. The walk down to the waterfront almost felt like being in a tropical location, and the fire pit right by the water was an amazing place to relax.The house itself was extremely well appointed — there was truly nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. We hosted a large family dinner during our stay, and the chef’s kitchen was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, beautifully equipped, and had everything we could possibly ask for. In the evenings, we had so much fun playing pool together.What really made the stay exceptional, though, were all of the thoughtful touches. There were gorgeous fresh-cut flowers arranged throughout the house, snacks waiting for us, and when they learned that I liked espresso martinis, they even provided everything we needed to make them! Those personal touches made us feel incredibly welcome.Between the spectacular setting, beautiful home, waterfront, gardens, and incredible hospitality, this was such a special place for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stunning

As other reviewers have mentioned, this residence is spectacular. You can tell this property is well loved by the owners and caretakers. The gardens and surroundings were manicured and peaceful. The home has everything you could need to be comfortable. We felt cozy in every nook of the house. Plus the generous welcome amenities and fresh flowers added that extra warm touch. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Beautiful waterfront rental, great for families and larger groups

We were there with family and friends over the 4th of July weekend. The house is beautiful, with many fun amenities for big groups like lawn games and board games. The house sits above the water, providing wonderful views of the bay, but you can also take a walking path, or funicular (type of trolly), down a hill to the shoreline. There, we enjoyed taking kayaks out on the water during the day and a fire pit at night. The house is located within walking distance of the Bloedel Reserve, which is a lovely place to visit (Japanese garden, reflecting pool, and trails). Overall, an excellent vacation house in a beautiful location!

Beautiful House

The house and its amenities are amazing! Great kitchens (yes, 2 kitchens!) with everything you might possibly need to cook a gourmet meal. The waterfront access is beautiful, either or short walk down/up or you can ride the cable car. We enjoyed a wonderful evening cooking s'mores down at the waterfront using the gas fire pit. I couldn't recommend this house more. Thank you!

Bainbridge Island experience

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. A perfect place for our family. The only issue came on our final day when we managed to get the lift stopped halfway between the upper and lower stations. We just needed a second key to get it moving. We were unable to reach a human that could tell us how to access a spare key. Otherwise a flawless visit.

Truly exceptional. A rare property for family and friends

Our family came to celebrate Christmas here after our house flooded. We were truly touched by a generous gift basket and holiday treats in fridge. Decorations for the holidays made it seem just like we were home for the holidays. Home is spacious with ensuite bathrooms. Games to play. Outdoors to enjoy. But best of all the hone is set up for togetherness. Location is perfect between 2 ferries and close to Poulsbo as well as Bainbridge. We will be back for certain.

This was the most beautiful stay we have ever had; a perfect, picturesque, Pacific Northwest summer weekend. The purple hydrangeas were out in full bloom and every room was decorated with a fresh bouquet of roses and lilies, compliments from the host, in celebration of our upcoming nuptials. The grand master bedroom had the most comfortable bed with a full bath, a walk-in closet with a steamer and ample storage for an unlimited number of dresses, and a nearby yoga room with a private entrance for the primary couple. The kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee machine and well labeled drawers to find everything you could need to cook and host. The sun room was a popular spot with views of the sailboats in the afternoon, and the outdoor funicular is the only one around that could take you directly to the beach while taking in the coastal air. All the rooms had fresh fluffy towels and cute accessories for staying clean. We felt so well cared for on this trip and would love to come back.

True luxury

My group of nine friends and I had an amazing time at the Agate Point Lodge on Puget Sound. The lodge is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and design, with a unique layout that offers privacy and comfort for each couple. The two kitchens were fully stocked with cookware, serving pieces and small appliances. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies that made us feel right at home. The lodge has breathtaking views of the water and the city, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the large windows and the gigantic deck. We also had fun exploring the nearby attractions, such as the Bloedel Reserve, and the Winslow Way shops and restaurants. The host was very attentive and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on what to do and see in the area. The Agate Point Lodge is a perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious retreat on Puget Sound. We can't wait to come back again.

Small Slice of Heaven

From the moment you enter through the front door, the property envelops you like a massive bear hug. The home is large enough to easily accommodate large groups but cozy and full of thoughtful details. The craftsmanship of the home is stunning and only rivaled by the breathtaking views over the water. Every detail has been thought of- from infrared heaters on the porch so you can cozy up in any weather to look at the sound/mountains, to throw blankets in every room, to a full coffee bar tucked away in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked for even the most discerning chef with ample supplies for any sized group. The upstairs "kid space" is fully stocked with games, puzzles and a pool/ping pong table to keep kids busy for hours on end. We enjoyed every moment of our time there and the kids are already asking when they get to go back!

Exceptional stay

Beautiful home with amazing waterfront views and easy beach access. There are actually 7 bedrooms - six in the main house and then a separate and very cute guesthouse. The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly want or need including books, games, soap, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning products, paper products etc. There is also a large second kitchen with extra fridge, double laundry etc. Access to the water is easy on the path or take the funicular (outdoor elevator) down and back! At high tide there’s no beach but at low tide the beach is quite extensive and full of shells. There’s also a heated boathouse on the beach with a sink, fireplace, and beautiful views. There were eleven of us staying at the house and 3 others that would come during the day and we all had a wonderful time. Communication with the property management company was easy as well. There was an issue with the propane tank when we arrived which the property management team told us about and had fixed by the next morning. They clearly felt bad about it and paid for our dinner that night and left several cheese and fruit platters in the fridge, along with several bottles of wine, bread, crackers, etc.

This house is absolutely spectacular and is so well equipped. We had the best time and truly did not want to leave. This is a fabulous place for large family gatherings. Views are incredible!
