Great homebase for family vacation on Bainbrudge Island

Three nice upstairs bedrooms with comfy beds, nicely equipped kitchen for family meal prep, and large peaceful deck (with huge yard.)

We had a lovely stay at Island Time. My kids felt the house was cozy, and enjoyed the projection screen. In my family of 4 kids, we found this house has a good balance of community space vs private space, which suits our vacation style. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even going so far as to next-day deliver a supply some kitchen storage supplies that had run out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Quick stay, very accomodating to last minute changes.

Mark went above and beyond to make our stay happen! Really conveniently located hideaway with a fenced dog yard.

This was the perfect setting for our family of 6 and our pup. Each of the kids found a room they enjoyed, and our dog loved running around the large fenced-in yard. We indulged in the hot tub every night, watching a family of deer roam through the backyard, and also enjoyed a family movie night on the projector. This was an amazing rental for our family, and we hope to be back soon.

Eagle Harbor stay

This place was perfect for us and our dog. It was very comfortable and our dog loved the yard. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

My family booked a last min trip to Bainbridge. This house fit our needs perfectly and was close by restaurants and parks.

December Stay

Great location and loads of space. A bit dated interior but totally functional for family. Downstairs is partially finished.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. We did wish there was someplace to hang clothing and open suitcase for easy accessibility in downstairs bedrooms

Great Location!

Comfortable space for our family of 5 adults/4 kids and 2 small dogs! Kitchen could use a few more items for cooking that we didn't think to bring. Location is great for exploring Bainsbridge Island! The furniture is a bit run down.. beds were comfortable! We enjoyed foozball.

Comfortable Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

This super clean home was just what we were looking for for an extended 2 week stay. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included beautiful glasses, dishes, and cutlery. It was also nice to have high quality pots and pans. We were there in September so the house was a little bit darker than it shows in the pictures but not enough that it makes a difference in comfort. We enjoyed the deer meandering through the backyard and had a 25 minute show of 3 racoons frolicking in a tree in the backyard. Great hosts! Would stay here again.

We had a terrific experience and I would recommend to a large family! This is a kind of cabin-feel get away in the woods of Bainbridge. It’s tucked away from the hustle of the quaint downtown but yet close to all you want to see. The Japanese-American Memorial was 5 min away and a no miss and the “across the road” view of Seattle is breathtaking and lots of ways to walk and enjoy the neighborhood. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and cooked a lot of meals for 9 people and house has a large dining table and deck to play games. Hot tub was a big hit- thank you! It’s was just the recharge and reconnect with nature we needed. Very helpful hosts and super responsive!

July 2024

We needed a property that allowed pets as my daughter was getting married the weekend we stayed. Her dog was the ring bearer and they live in the Green Lake area of Seattle. Owners were VERY responsive to our needs and issues. The main issue is the walkout basement has a musty smell and I recommended they use Damp Rid. The owners are also going to provide more kitchen towels as we only had one to use during our stay.
