We had a great stay at this property. It’s adorable, had everything we needed, and is in a great location to be able to walk to the Grand Casino Arena.

Accommodations inside were good. Parking was a bit questionable with the shared driveway, so if you have multiple cars it could be tight.

This an extremely clean, charming place, as advertised. One picture of the place showed a walk on the Mississippi, implying it was very close,but it's a bit of hike. It is very close to downtown St Paul and would a wonderful place to stay for events there.

Highly recommend this very comfortable, well-equipped house! Excellent location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The jetted tub was amazing. The owner was very responsive and accomodating.

The owner was amazing, personalized notes explaining insignificant quirks… The beds are really that comfortable. The Italian place down the road by a 100 yards is amazing.

Great place! Very clean and comfortable home. Check in was very easy. Beds were comfy. The floors are a bit wavy and bathtub floor did not feel solid but it’s an old house. Overall I highly recommend Laurel’s home!

The house still smelled freshly clean and sparkled when we entered. The house was actually bigger than we expected with a large master bedroom with a comfortable bed and a lovely 2nd bedroom. It has a nice size kitchen living room and eating area. It feels like a home, not a hotel. Great location with fun shops, coffee shop, restaurants, and even a brewery in walking distance. And the rest of downtown St. Paul a short hike. Laurel was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Home was perfect for 2 couples. It had everything we needed. Easy walk down 7th St to all the amenities around the arena. Clean and comfortable. Laurel was a great host!

This was the perfect little house for our week trip! And a plus was that I could bring my dog! Host would respond to my questions within the hour. Great communication and very helpful! Two min walk to a couple breweries and about an 8 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Perfect location!

This house was built in 1870 and was on the vacant housing list in the city. I bought it 25 years ago and stripped it back to its skeleton and rebuilt it properly. It's never been healthier. W 7th neighborhood is a vibrant, groovy area. I'm so glad we're here.
