We were in Town for the Alabama State 9 Ball Championship and found this little gem. This was the cleanest and very up to date place. I would recommend a stay there. We will be back next year our host was on top of her game. Very nice and very professional. I was a little bit nervous about the location to start with but it was really quite

As soon as I opened the door, the smell of freshly cleaned greeted me. The location was convenient for everywhere that we needed to go. The host reached out several times to see if we needed anything and that ment alot. We are from Va and normally stay in a hotel when we come down but decided to try a Air B & B this time. We were very satisfied and will try to always use this host moving forward when we come to Alabama.

Fleas

We couldnt stay and had to ask for a refund because there were fleas in the unit. The host responded promptly and was polite, but we ended up having to contact vrbo for a refund. We had to find other accommodations for our vacation at the last minute. This unit is also not in the best part of town.

Holly, thank you for your review. As we mentioned, we were unable to identify fleas in our unit and we came promptly to investigate your complaint. We provided you a full refund out of good faith and customer service and followed the procedures as indicated by VRBO which is what we communicated to you. We hate that you had a bad experience with our property and hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your vacation We have never had any issues with the area our house is located or with pests as we had guests just 4 days earlier in that house The area is in revitization but it is extremely quiet and peaceful and we have guests currently in our other unit that have been there for over a month and a half with no issues. We pride ourselves in providing great accomodations to vacationers to our area.
