The condo was cozy and beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beverages and snacks were an awesome added convenience to have as we visited. I highly recommend this condo.

Quitta was so easy to work with and the place was stocked well with some nice extras. We were there for a baseball tournament and there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice surprise. We had no trouble with the area but not sure I would have felt comfortable if my husband wasn’t with me. Easy check out! We would stay again.

This place was exceptionallyClean. Pictures are exactly how the place is. Great communication, super easy checking and checkout. Some welcome snack and drinks when you arrive. Grill to use. Washing machine and dryer. Full size refrigerator. Stove and dishes to use!! Will definitely stay again if back in area.

The accommodations were really nice and clean. There was an abundance of snacks, teas and coffee. There were some nice seasonings to cook with as well. Overall it was a nice and comfy stay. It was a 10 out of 10!

It was the perfect place for a girls weekend. Everything was clean and Marquitta was very responsive when I had questions. I dropped a bracelet down the sink and Robert had it out in no time. I would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. The condo is absolutely impeccable—beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). This property didn’t just meet our expectations—it far exceeded them!Our host, Marquitta, has clearly put so much thought, care, and love into creating an experience that makes guests feel truly welcomed and at home. It’s the little details that make such a huge difference. Everything you could possibly need is right where you need it: toiletries, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, all the coffee fixings, a bag of ice waiting in the freezer, reading glasses in case you forgot yours—the list goes on! There are so many thoughtful touches that you don’t even realize you need until the moment you do, and then you’re amazed to find that Marquitta has already thought of it!We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and I can honestly say that this home has been our absolute BEST experience. There is truly nothing better than arriving somewhere away from home and immediately feeling like you’re home. That is exactly how this beautiful condo made us feel.We cannot recommend this property highly enough! We will definitely be booking again, especially since our daughter is a freshman at the University of Alabama and we’ll be making frequent visits. Thank you, Marquitta. Very Happy

This property was so clean very neat. The owner of the property was very sweet. I would stay again. I would recommend this property 100% the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing right off the interstate near shopping and restaurants. Nine minutes from UAB hospital.

Every detail was considered: from the added security of the door locks to the snacks and boutique waters, to the delicate folding of the toilet paper rolls. The home was beautiful and carefully curated. It is located in a neighborhood that is on the rise and undergoing a facelift, and this property is a prime example.
