At the Bronze Hummingbird, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in.

You'll have full access to our home, designed to ensure a private and comfortable experience for you and your guests.

Key Access Details:
- Parking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available.

★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

HOUSE RULES:
PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Pet-friendly (max 2), but no cats due to allergy concerns.
No excessive barking or disturbances. Pets must be well-behaved.
Only non-aggressive breeds with no history of aggression, 50lb limit. $100 per pet per stay (non-refundable) for stays up to one week; $100 per pet per week for longer stays.
Pets must be supervised in the backyard and not left unattended.
Must wear a collar, harness, or microchip and be crated when alone.
Guests must clean up after pets, use furniture covers, and ensure mattress protectors are on beds. Any pet-related damage must be reported and will be charged.
Guests must disclose pet details (breed, number, weight) at booking.

ISSUES DURING STAY:
So we can maintain a high standard throughout your stay and to help us address any concerns quickly and ensure the best experience possible, we kindly ask that any issues be reported during the guest’s stay. Any issues reported after stay can't be taken into consideration, as we won’t have the opportunity to assess or address them in real time.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only.

SECURITY CAMERA:
Tampering with or covering cameras may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Returned after check-out if no damage is found. Additional charges apply for excessive damage or cleaning.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
All guests, including visitors, must be declared. Undeclared guests incur a $30 per person, per day fee.

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
$30 per guest per night for more than 6 guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT:
$25 per hour for early check-in.
Late check-out requests made before 8 PM the night prior will be $25 per hour. Requests made after 8 PM or within an hour of check-out will be $15 per 15 minutes.

NO PARKING ON THE LAWN:
✤ Kindly avoid parking on the lawn, as it’s not permitted to help keep the property in great condition.

NO RVs ALLOWED:
✤ Please note that RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed on the driveway or along the street.

EATING OR DRINKING:
✤ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

SMOKING:
No smoking inside. $150 fee for violations.

DRUGS:
Illegal drugs are prohibited. Authorities will be notified, and the reservation will be canceled without refund.

PARTIES:
Not allowed. Extra cleaning fees apply for violations. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

QUIET HOURS:
10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

ALTERATION REQUESTS:
Changes (shortening stay or reducing guests) must be requested at least one week before check-in. Late requests will only receive 50% of the refundable amount.

DISCOUNT POLICY:
Only one discount per reservation. Discounts cannot be combined.

LONG-TERM STAYS (30+ DAYS):
Bi-weekly cleaning required ($230 per cleaning).

OTHER RULES:
- No charging of electric vehicles on-site.
- Do not rearrange furniture. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear (including pet damage) will be charged.
- Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, slime, or Play-Doh in the property to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
- Do not dye your hair or remove nail polish inside the home to prevent staining and damage to surfaces.
