Bring the family to this spacious home with lots of room for fun! Convenient to restaurants & shopping in Midland Commons & easy access to Fort Benning, downtown Columbus, the Riverwalk, the airport, & Columbus Park Crossing. This spacious 3 BR 3 full bath home has been newly renovated with fresh paint, new carpet, & LVP flooring. Two master suites are on opposite ends of the home with en suite bathrooms. The backyard has a lagoon style pool with waterfalls, a grill, & a covered pavilion! (This home has a no-smoking and no-pet policy). Charcuterie Board Available for an extra fee. Please allow 24 hours notice for ordering of Charcuterie Board before arrival.

When booking, please include the nature of your visit and a list of all adult names staying at the property. This will help to expedite the booking process.

The home was clean and empty apart from some essentials. The rooms were spacious and we loved the layout of the bunkbed room being right across from the master bedroom so the kids were comfortable staying somewhere new in their own space. The table tennis was fun, the pool was a perfect temp and lovely to lay out and relax next to while the kids played. The whole home was perfect, the hosts were responsive and very nice.

Returning for our son’s Turning Blue/Graduation and stayed again at this beautiful property, can’t say enough, home is beautiful and perfect for a family to stay and relax. Amazing quiet neighborhood & close to anything you need. And owner are wonderful and quick to respond for any questions you have. Thanks again!

What a great place to stay. Was very clean and in a great area. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area as well as the ping pong table. Rooms are all a good size. Would definitely go back!!

We had a great stay! House was clean. Neighborhood was very peaceful and great for walking or relaxing by the pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive to our questions.

We had the best weekend! The house was so spacious in a nice neighborhood! The pool was a great bonus for the teenager daughters to catch a tan next to. If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay during our son’s Turning Green Ceremony. It was beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently close to Fort Benning, as well as shops and restaurants.The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing a charcuterie board, snacks, and coffee, which made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the pool.We loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked it again for his Turning Blue/Graduation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect for our visit to Fort Benning, and the home itself was spotless. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book again!

Peaceful

This is a beautiful home that has been taken care of. lots of space so no one is on top of each other. We rented this for our sons Turning Green Ceremony at Fort Moore. it was perfect distance and in the range he was allowed. The hosts were amazing to say the least. We found out right before we left we could have an extra day with our son but didnt have a night booked and they were able to accommodate. i also accidentally locked us out of the rental and they were able to assist us quite quickly. Any communication i had with the hosts was followed up on very quickly. The only thing I wish was different was the weather. We unfortunately did not get to use the pool due to it raining the entire time. I believe anyone renting this home will enjoy it with or without the pool usage!

Thank you for the review, but unfortunately I can’t control the weather. I also don’t think the weather warranted a 4 star review. If the hosts were amazing, the home was beautiful, the perfect distance, and we were able to book the house for an extra night at the last minute, not to mention our quickness when responding to your questions, (all your words) I believe we deserve nothing less than a 5 star review. The house was also spotless for your stay. For anyone needing more reviews to base your booking decision off of, check out our reviews on another short term rental booking site that starts with an “A”. I can say with the utmost certainty that this four star review needs to be amended to a five.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This is a quiet neighborhood consisting of many active duty and retired military veterans. The neighborhood is rather large, and there is a small lake nearby that you can walk to and feed the ducks.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We have a private pool with waterfall, a large screened in porch and patio for grilling and entertaining and a pavilion in the backyard with lights. Fresh paint inside and out, new flooring, and new dishwasher & fridge round out the kitchen.
