We're sorry we missed the opportunity to respond to your questions before and during your stay. That's not the level of service we strive to provide, and we'll be looking into what happened with those communications. Regarding the dumpster, we apologize for the odor during your stay. Due to flooding in the area, the garbage company missed a scheduled pickup, which unfortunately allowed odors to build up. We also ask guests to place fish remains in the freezer until garbage day rather than disposing of them in the dumpster during the week, but we can't always control whether everyone follows those instructions. We appreciate your feedback regarding the refrigerator, the idea of an additional refrigerator, and the fish cleaning station. We'll also verify the information about power at the dock and update our guest information if needed. The stairs to the lake and the shoreline are shown in our listing photos, but we understand they may not be the best fit for every group, especially those bringing multiple kayaks or water toys.
