Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Spacious home with many rooms. Quiet neighborhood 5 minute walk from all the action in town. Great communication with the host, very responsive. The kids loved the hot tub!

Beautiful home an easy walk into the downtown, including the Scenic Railroad, restaurants, stores, etc. The house itself has great family/shared spaces on the first floor, including a wonderful kitchen, wood burning stove, comfortable living and family rooms, screened in porch, etc. The yard includes a deck, fire pit, propane grill, and a hot tub! The bedrooms are great. The only consideration for some is that one bathroom is upstairs for roughly 7-8 sleepers and one downstairs for two, but it was no issue for us. Terrific responsive hosts. We would love to stay here again!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family and the location was perfect. We played games and used the woodstove and loved the hot tub. We will be back!

We loved staying at this property not only because it is immaculately maintained, rustically decorated and beautiful, and very clean, but also because it was like staying over at a tasteful friend’s mountain house, and in a quiet friendly neighborhood within walking distance to North Conway vlllage. Loved the hot tub, the bbq and deck, and the awesome kitchen that made it easy to cook for our family of 5. We used the washer and dryer for wet clothes and towels after our day of floating down the lazy Sacco, which made cleanup and departure much easier for Mom! We watched a fun movie snuggled together on the family room couch. Would love to try this rental again during ski season! Highly recommend this rental to families with older children and adult groups. Families with very young children will want to bring a 1-2 safety gates for steep steps. Host was very responsive and friendly- wonderful experience. Loved all the humorous signs and decor: made us laugh!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to downtown North Conway. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay.

We had a great stay at our North Conway House. It was vey clean, cozy and we loved the hot tub! Can't wait to go back!

Great Spot!
Short walk to town for our teens, fenced yard for the dog, comfy common spaces, and well equipped with furnishings.Just what we were looking for!

Great place, great location!
Our family, including adults, very young kids, and one young dog, really enjoyed our week here. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation and the location is within easy walking distance of everything you need and enjoy.
We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning someday.

Great Stay
Our group had so much fun. The house was great, we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place
Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Perfect House!
This home was very clean and perfectly suited the needs for our family vacation. The location is great and close to parks and restaurants. We hope to stay here again! I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to North Conway!!!

We loved the house and the location. We enjoyed using the fire pit both nights. Would definitely go back there. It us decorated really cute. The beds were not real comfortable and the house not super clean but still had a good time and would go back.

Great place!
Hope to return next year. It was everything the listing said it was. it was clean and spacious for 5 adults. Loved the quiet location, right near downtown. Walked to many restaurants, attractions and stores.

Our family loves this property! This home is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Beautiful Home Amazing Location!
This home was so wonderful for my family! Clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location! Cute decor met with all the modern amenities! The backyard was perfect with plenty of space to play, fire pit for s'mores, and a hot tub!! Quick walk to downtown North Conway, playground, restaurants and Zeb's! We had an absolute blast!! Also, the Hosts were very kind and super responsive!

I have been a property owner with my own home and 5 other rentals since 2001. Anna has owned several homes over the years and this is her first 2nd home/vacation rental.
