Tahoe Frost - Air conditioned 4 bedroom Tahoe home

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Tahoe Frost was as advertised — comfortable, clean, and with a well-appointed kitchen. It’s great the upstairs pool and foosball room were a hit for your family. We’d love to host you again on a future visit!

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Tahoe Frost worked well for your larger group and that the upstairs game room and comfy couches made watching FIFA fun. Happy the A/C and quick hot water in all three showers added to your comfort. We provide starter amenities for arrivals; for longer stays guests should plan to bring paper goods and other consumables — thanks for the note, we’ll update the listing/guest guide to make that clearer. We’d love to host you again on a future visit.

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry you arrived to a full bear box — that shouldn’t have happened. I’ve addressed this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we’ve reinforced our pre-arrival checklist so bins are emptied and inspected before every arrival. We require advance notice for any additional visitors and enforce occupancy limits for safety and local regulations. I apologize if our on-site response felt abrupt; we’ll clarify the guest-notification language in our pre-arrival messages and listing to avoid future confusion. I’m glad the home otherwise met your group’s needs. Cell reception can be limited in parts of Tahoe, and I’m sorry it impacted your stay. Thank you again for letting us know — we’ll use your comments to improve.

Hi Alberto, Thank you for staying with us in Tahoe! We are so glad to hear that you've enjoyed your stay. We do apologize for the later than usual check out & earlier than usual check in times. Because our housekeeping team and our quality inspection team needs the proper amount of time to prep the home for all arrivals, we do mention these times on our listing to avoid any confusion for our guests prior to booking. We hope to host you again soon. Thank you!

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the lack of service you've received from our team. Our team has been busy this winter trying to help guests get through the driveway/entrance due to the snow. This is no excuse for the lack of service & communication you've encountered. I have been able to take a look at the notes in your reservation & it looks like our team has accommodated with a complimentary late check out. Again, we are so sorry & strive to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. Thank you!

Hi Eric, Thank you for bringing the game room to our attention. I have notified our housekeeping team of the cleaning issues. We apologize & strive to provide a better experience for our guests.
