Welcome to Conch Key Villas! We are located in the heart of the Florida Keys. Conch Key is a quiet island where relaxing is a way of life. When you first walk through our entrance gate you know you made a great decision to join us. Our property is an example of what tropical is all about, our gardens and palms offer a place to get away from it all.

Unit#2 is a ground-floor studio situated right on the water. This unit includes a boat slip and ample parking for your boat trailer and truck. We can handle boats up to 25' in length. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away. The street side door opens to our garden area and the water side door opens to the Florida Gulf, 15 feet away from your boat slip. Your patio has a table and chairs just outside so you can enjoy the views while grabbing a bite to eat or cup of morning coffee.

The studio unit has a fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, comfortable king size bed, pull out futon, bed and bath linens, cable and wireless internet. The unit sleeps 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is a utility room for our guests that includes a coin operated washer and dryer and upright bait freezer. 1 pet will be considered for an $100.00 pet fee.

The covered common area of the property located on the west end of the building provides is a great gathering spot to relive the days great experiences. A tile bar built on lobster traps is the centerpiece, with plenty of seating for all and a fridge for refreshments. You will want not want to leave until after viewing the most spectacular sunsets in the Keys! The ceiling fans keep the air moving for added comfort. A gas grill is available for cooking the days catch or a juicy steak.

Relax, sit back, enjoy the view and most of all enjoy the lifestyle!

Islamorada and Marathon are only a short drive when time comes for shopping, dining out, or a little more nightlife. Boats, kayaks, standup paddleboards, bicycles and almost anything else you can think of are available for rental in both places.

Snowbird Trip

Always so happy to find a place in Florida that is pet-friendly. The grounds are immaculate. We had more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 small foo-foo dogs. Manatee comes to the dock, plenty of fish to look at under the dock.....and you can only fool them once! After a couple days fishing they caught on. Large sea turtle came bobbing in on high tide and some dolphins. So relaxing just to chill and watch the world go by. We will be booking again for next year.

Anniversary Trip

The weather was perfect, the sunsets beautiful, the location good and the kayaks were a plus. The road traffic was a bit noisy during the day but very quiet and private at night

Very clean

Neat little studio. Great views. It was clean and had all basic necessities. There needs to be more than 2 bath towels if staying more than 1 night in my opinion. Pete was attentive but a little “off”-a week later we found out via a neighbor who sent us the mug shot and local news report he was arrested for attempted murder and on drugs. Very scary and very sad. I included this to make sure owners are aware as they live in California I believe.

Perfect place to stay in middle Keys

Property manager Pete was incredibly helpful, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. Pete was attentive to every detail. Exceptional service! Room newly renovated. Boat dock outside our door. Safe and secure dockage, ice machine, water hose close to boat, parking for truck and trailer, covered BBQ area with grill, view of bay with awesome sunsets. Patio chairs outside room. Fresh herb garden to pick from, and beautiful landscaping. Boat ramp nearby. Will definitely be returning!!

Most excellent!!

An awesome property! Many porches, bars & decks to hang out on, some perfectly shaded to escape that afternoon sun. There have been tons of upgrades and improvements done here. Pete is on hand every day and is a great person. Sunsets better than Mallory Square! We already had reserved a place in Marathon for next year, but we love this place so much, we're trying to cancel that just to come back here. Thanks again for such an incredible stay! Loved peace & quiet/ fantastic scenery in Conch Key Villas !

This was our first trip to middle Keys. My husband and I stayed at Conch Key Villas in April 2022. After arriving we were greeted by the owners who are very polite and helpful. We were shown around the villa and ALL the things available to use at any time - kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, dock for boat, fresh herbs that can be used for cooking, bar with games and BBQ . Place was clean and comfortable. A lot of different fish by the boat slips. AMAZING SUNSET views right out the back door. We’ll definitely be back!!

Stuart is the Man!

What can I say that is good enough to describe our stay? Stuart is the man... he went above and beyond the call as a host during our visit. He was there when we needed a friend the most. This hidden gem is a welcome find. Dockside out the back door with spectacular sunsets! A great seating area out front when the sun was too bright. He had all the bases covered from a coffee maker to a frying pan. Quiet villa with only 3 sets of guests at a time. Our dog (that WAS permitted) thought he was a regular sunning himself dockside and watching the pelicans and the gulls everyday. We saw sea turtles and manatees swim right by the dock...What a slice of paradise to behold.

Peaceful, serene get-away

We got there on Thursday afternoon and a manatee was by the dock at the Tiki bar; a beautiful creature. We sat outside our back door each morning with coffee and evening with a drink and the views are relaxing with gorgeous sunsets. The unit was well maintained and equipped with all the basic needs. The owners are very nice and on site. We drove to Key West one day, which is a little over an hour drive along the beautiful Keys Highway. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 15 - 20 minute drive into Marathon or up towards Islamorada. We thoroughly enjoys our short stay and we WILL be back!!

Amazing getaway spot in the heart of the Keys!

The property and owners were so welcoming! We loved every minute we stayed here for a last minute getaway. We especially liked being able to kayak right out the back door. And the sunsets are stunning, truly worth the trip.

Amazing weekend getaway location!

This was our first weekend away without kids or a business trip in over 15 years and it was perfect! Upon arrival we were met with a beautiful and peaceful sunset off our balcony! The studio was perfect. Stewart gave us a tour and explained everything! The studio had everything we needed and if we had wanted to cook for ourselves there was a kitchen that had it all! The morning sunrise can be seen out the front window peeking thru all the beautiful swaying palms! The property itself has beautiful vegetation all around it and they even provide a propane grill to use. Great location to go into Marathon and grab a bite or head to Key West for the day! If we are fortunate enough to get another weekend away we will be back!
