Great house for our multi family get together with plenty of space, games, game rooms, and kitchen gadgets. It rained most of our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the yard and grill, but it looked nice! We'd stay here again if we were back in the area with a big group

We had a great stay and there was more at the property than was listed which was a fun surprise. We enjoyed everything including the game room, sauna, hot tub, play ground, yard, stream, theatre, comfortable rooms and so much more. Great place to have a family gathering and our furry friends enjoyed themselves too!

We have stayed at this property a few times and have always loved it. The house is amazing and very comfortable, with plenty of room for a large group. There are several amenities to enjoy: the backyard is beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy nature, the game room is always a favorite with a lot of fun activities and the theater room is wonderful, if you want to watch a movie at the end of the day.

The property was better than expected. Very open main living space (looked a little smaller in pictures). Everything was very clean and accurately described. The game garage was great! Host was very good to work with.

The property was clean and very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again and consider coming here annually. Great location to all of northern Utah.

I had my hesitations about this property being a good fit for our group - boy was I wrong. We couldn’t have picked a better property for our family, we had a group of 18. A set of grandparents, their four kids and their families. Each family had their own space and everything is laid out so nicely that it never felt like anyone was on top of each other. The main kitchen and dining area is large enough to feed a big group and the outside seating and game room really stretched us out. The setting near the creek made those summer nights perfect. Everyone in the group mentioned that they didn’t think the pictures on the website justice for how nice of a property it actually is. Lay out is so fantastic for a big group!

We loved this property! The kitchen was fully stocked, kids loved the game room, movie room, fire pit and hot tub. I wouldn't say the game room was heated, but there are some space heaters and it's not a cold winter. Kamas is charming and there are some yummy places to eat. Great weekend getaway!

This is our second time staying and it was just as great. The kids and adults had plenty to do to stay busy and have a blast!

Great gathering place for families! Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped and the game room was great. Outside space is wonderful and the fall colors around the property was perfect!

We had 16 people ages from 2-66 and there were a lot of things to do for everyone. Great cooking facilities inside and out. Plenty of room and very clean and nice. We would defiantly stay again.

Fantastic place. Very comfortable for our family of 9 adults and 3 little grandkids. We had a lot of fun in the gameroom and the kids loved the playground. Definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed, and we have traveled a lot. We will be back again!!

Property was perfect for our needs. Large home with outstanding amenities. Very kid friendly. Well stocked kitchen, games puzzles, etc. Excellent wifi. Located on a well traveled highway but noise was minimal with very private feeling backyard.

Perfect Family Getaway

We held a family get-together here and it was pretty close to perfect. With all the amenities there was something for everyone to do. The property is close to Kamas for food, groceries, and the rec center.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is nicely appointed with almost every amenity thought out. Clean, inviting, comfortable, and roomy. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. They even put up a Christmas tree. This is not our first Christmas rental, this is the first Christmas tree set up. We hope to stay again next year.
