Tough loading and unloading but that comes with the location. Overall great place to enjoy Savannah.

This property is in a great location in Historic Savannah, close to plenty of shopping, restaurants and historic sites. The property is exactly as it's listed and shown on the site. The view of the city is great, and the space is clean, modern and well kept. It has every amenity you can think of.

This is a beautiful property, well kept and very updated. The renovations were perfect, the furniture was comfortable (that bed was glorious) and all the extra touches were so thoughtful. Location was excellent and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice place in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful condo with extra touches and items provided for a comfortable stay. There were well written directions for everything. It is also very centrally located with restaurants and parks very close by. Parking was a little complicated but clear directions were given.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean and very well decorated. We loved the beautiful city view and the place was convenient to everything. Garage parking was also a huge bonus! Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.

Welcoming space

Great location and beautiful apartment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place had everything. For extended stayers, the kitchen had everything you’d need. For the quick trips like we had, it’s within walking distance to any restaurant you’d want to visit.

The property was amazing; we will be staying here again. There were some issues with the key fob, it didn't work, but luckily a very nice resident allowed us to use one of his. Also, the parking pass was not left out as expected. Every single time we called due to an issue a human answered the phone and was helpful. Even with these little hiccups, the property was perfection!

We absolutely loved The Lollygag! Great location in Savannah's Downtown Historic District. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The claw foot tub was wonderful to soak in after a long day of exploration, and I might have squealed when I realized the mattress had an adjustable base. We felt like royalty! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable, cleanliness

It was a very classy place, lots of room to relax. Comfortable couch and bed, beautiful kitchen (loved cooking in it!!) And superb bathroom. Had a great time.

The unit was exactly as pictured—extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other nearby attractions.The only challenge was the check-in process. Guests must first go to a separate location to pick up a key fob, then drive to the condo, park temporarily in front of the building, take the elevator up, and retrieve a parking pass. The temporary parking area has a stated 15-minute limit, but during our arrival, a vehicle parked in front of us did not move, and another vehicle parked behind us, leaving us unable to get out. As a result, we were stuck for more than 30 minutes before we could park and begin our stay.This situation was obviously not the owners' fault, but the check-in and parking setup did create some frustration. Aside from that, the unit itself was outstanding—an easy 10 out of 10.

Sorry the check-in and temporary parking caused such a long delay—that must have been frustrating. The fob pickup and 15-minute loading zone are building procedures, but we’ll take this to building management and update our arrival instructions and tips to help avoid being blocked in the future. This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All amenity and property details were accurate. A great layout with plenty of space. Comfortable bedding with A pillows. The unit is centrally located in the historic district. Please note the map on VRBO is not accurate. The property is located on Liberty, but still a convenient comfortable walk to River St. There are several good restaurant options right at the building for evenings that you want to stay close. Some mentioned difficulty with the check in process. Access and parking instructions were clearly outlined. Know where the pick up point and parking area are before arrival to streamline your check-in. The private parking was a plus. Real talk about the street noise: You are in the city and next to a popular restaurant / bar. Fri and Sat were noisy as expected, DJ and bachelorette parties, but not an inconvenience for us. We are used to sleeping with a noise maker and it is needed for the busier business nights. The air purifier in the living room will provide better “white noise” over the fan in the bedroom. The issue for us was the early morning dumpster service. If you are an early bird you will have no issue. If you plan on sleeping in you need to be aware of this disruption. 6:45 to 7:15 everyday you will have this service serve as an auto alarm, lol. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Vacation at the lollygag rental

I was visiting for my sister's wedding with my family, We all thought the property was absolutely beautiful very updated and modern style. Everything was very close to get to, walking distance and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It was loud in the mornings, but it is in the busy savannah area and they did provide eye masks and earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I’d like to start with saying the property was very clean and as described in the listing with one exception. It was not located on the street that the map showed. In fact, it was on E. Liberty St. not Broughton St. While the location was not what we expected, it was still in a perfect spot to easily walk to everything we wanted to experience while we were visiting. Other than that. Everything was beautiful. The property was clean, updated, and in great shape. The owners did not miss anything you might need to make you feel at home. We loved it. One last thing, if you have an oversized truck that you are traveling with, the garage has a height limit of 6’2”. I would highly recommend this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Southern Comfort in Savannah: A perfect condo stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are planning a Savannah getaway or vacation, this place is a must stay! Our stay at Lollygag was so incredible. Our expectations were far exceeded.The owners have pulled out all the stops to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your stay! The condo was immaculate, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The décor is exceptional! The master bedroom and bath (stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soaps) were luxurious and better than any hotel that we have ever stayed in. The location was superb- so convenient and within walking distance to museums and restaurants. City Market and River Street were just a 10–15-minute walk. Broughton Street, providing all of our shopping needs, was just a 7-minute walk. Tybee Island was only a 15–20-minute car ride. Location is everything and the Lollygag is perfectly located with a beautiful scenic view of downtown Savannah! The condo amenities were another highlight. I like to cook while on vacation as it relaxes me. The Lollygag was well-equipped and well-stocked with new appliances and kitchenware, including a Britta water pitcher and a state-of-the-art Cuisinart coffee machine! Generous supplies of coffee, sweeteners and creamers were provided. Extra umbrellas were even supplied- which came in handy! Communication from management was excellent; they were responsive and helpful. Check-in and out were super simple. This condo is highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and amenity-rich vacation rental. We will return!
