After reaching the third floor via elevator access, step in to your bright Savannah escape, equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and provides plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals. The breakfast bar is open to the main living space, ideal for hosting and entertaining your guests while keeping the conversation flowing. Guests will appreciate having this dedicated dining space with seating for 4, and a fully-stocked kitchen that fits all of your needs.

The living space consists of two plush sofas, a flatscreen television, fitted with a reading nook. Gather together at the end of the day, and catch up on your favorite shows. In the morning, open up the balcony door, and feel the gusts of the Savannah River while drinking your cup of joe.

The spacious Primary Suite sits off of the living space and offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy having a walk-in closet, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a large dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub.

Your guests should not fret, as the Guest Suite features a plush queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Just across the hall, a full-size washer and dryer is available in the unit for convenience.

Step across the street, and head down to River Street where you will enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront with open beverage container in hand... then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. This apartment is ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of it all!

Take Two at Editor’s Cut

This was my second stay at this property and it was just has lovely as the first. The location is close to everything. You can hear the sounds of the river, church bells and the soft scuttle of the Savannah streets from your balcony. Spacious, clean and in a very safe community for sole or group travelers.

Wonderful space over the downtown mall. Great coffee shops and restaurants within a couple block walk.

Beautiful place. Steps from the river and wonderful restaurants. Enjoyed Ellis Square as well. Great location.

Great condo near everything

Excellent condo near the river in historic district. Very clean and in great condition. We’ve stayed in this building before and this was the best short term rental yet. Had it all.

Great location

Loved the location, parking, and vibe. Only complaint was a neighbors children yelling/crying at 6:30am, but would have that at a hotel too

Check in and wifi

The directions for check in and where to park were horrible and almost nonexistent. Address brought us to what was figured out later after 3 trips around the block to the front entrance. No signs or nothing no clue where to park. And the WiFi was horrible we had to reset the modem 6 times in two days. TVs wouldn’t stay connected.

My New Savannah Home Away From Home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is spacious and perfect location. I am in SAV several times a year and have stayed in many rentals. This one has an elevator which is great for accessibility. Huge sliding doors on the balcony allow you to sit with a coffee or drink of choice and listen to the sounds of the city. I loved my stay so much I have already booked again for next year.

Property was as described, neat, and clean. The location is absolutely perfect for navigating through downtown Savannah about about 25 min away from Tybee Island. Stay was excellent. No issues.

Weekend get away with kids

The place was just as advertised! Clean, great location in the city. Allowed us to park once in the garage and then we walked everywhere! We would definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental I would rate a 10 out of 10. Perfect for 4 people (we had two adults and our two daughters). The extra half bath was perfect with two girls! Everything was nice and clean. Everything we did was within walking distance (and we did a lot). It was nice to have a dinner and Starbucks right next door. The balcony was nice to have at night. Parking was nice to have close to rental and covered. Overall our experience in Savannah was amazing and the stay was worth the money! Again a great location if you want to be close to the river, shopping, historical places, restaurants, and safe!

We’ve used Lucky Savannah numerous times for our trips to town and never s disappointed. The bedrooms and clean and spacious. The few things I would like to asked is please have vanity mirrors in the bathrooms, long body mirrors as well. The washing machine is no bueno..super loud so you do not want to be in the unit when machine is running. Planning on staying here again 2025 so hopefully it will be fixed by then!

Perfect location

Perfect location and close to many historical sites. When we come back we will stay here again, Savannah is a great city to visit

Perfect Location for our stay!

Reviewer Comments: We actually had another place rented through another company that canceled last minute so we were lucky enough (Lucky Savannah) had this place available for our stay! Turns out we were so thankful the other place fell through. Parking is included and just across an alley so very convenient. This place is perfect for sharing since the bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely situated so you have your own space. Location is convenient to walk pretty much everywhere but we loved that we were right above river street without being right on it. We ended our evenings at a nice rooftop bar over looking the river and just a very short walk back to this condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.
