Nestled within the Cape Cod National Seashore, this charming beach cottage offers stunning, endless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and breathtaking skies. The first-floor rooms provide fantastic ocean views, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a door leading to a screened porch, and a full bath.
Up the unique, curved staircase, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a single twin bed and the other with two twin beds. The cottage boasts both a screened porch and a deck, perfect for enjoying warm summer days and evenings.
Located in close proximity to several popular attractions, PB Boulangerie Bistro is just 1.2 miles away, the Wellfleet Beachcomber is 1.4 miles away, and Lecount Hollow Beach is only 0.7 miles away. Additionally, PJ's Family Restaurant is nearby, offering great dining options.

Amazing, amazing view, pictures can't do it justice. 2 minute walk to the quiet beautiful beach. 20 minute beach walk to the Beachcomber!

Incredible

Not sure if it was the weather or time of the year, but this was easily the best stay we’ve had in Cape Cod in decades. The property is stunning. I could sit and watch the water for hours from the window. Cannot recommend enough!!

Wellfleet Heaven

This was a true Cape Cape Cottage. Nothing fancy but comfortable. It lacked a DVD player listed and the tv is very small. Location of washer and dryer had a lot to be desired and lighting to get to it was very poor. The view was magnificent made better by the screened-in porch and deck. It is definitely on our rent again list.

We were even able to catch a surf competition at the beach in front of the house! My only complaints were that the bathroom ceiling and one of the rocking chairs were covered with black mold spots. Also, the master queen mattress was very firm. Overall a great value.

We loved the location!!! The cabin does need some updating however. The dryer needs to be replaced as well as possibly the stove as one burner not working. The screen door was broken. We also thought the bathroom vanity and side of the stove needed a good cleaning. The kitchen sink drain was leaking however a plumber came the next day to address.

visit with our elderly father

This is a great throwback cape house--stuck in time, braided rugs, need to bring your linens, vintage dishware, twin beds in the attic (a/c's were helpful on hotter nights--thank you!), we loved it all of course. The proximity to the beach and Wellfleet National Seashore trails is excellent. The best part is the views of the water. The house faces east and you get a beautiful view of the sunrise. The town is about 10 minutes away by car, try the Beachcomber for a lively evening. I would say the only downside is that it was difficult for our 87-year-old father to access the Atlantic beach because of the steep dune decline.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect, classic, unfussy cape house with gorgeous views. A great size for a small family. We watched the sunrise over the water each morning and fell asleep listening to the sound of the ocean. Both White Crest and Lecount Hollow are walkable but there are no shoulders or sidewalks. With a little kid in tow we opted to get a town beach pass - totally worth it for access to parking at the kettle ponds nearby which are perfect for kid swimming. We would book again!

Extraordinary ocean view

However, to say it is a 3-bedroom is a bit of a stretch. Also there is only one bathroom; an outdoor shower would really make things easier! We enjoyed the deck and the three-season porch, taking in the views, reading, practicing yoga, eating meals. Short walk to private beach with staircase.

Atlantic cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We immediately knew this spot was just our mind of stay. Interesting stairway, wood paneling and crashing waves from every vantage. Just enough updating to make it a comfy stay. Access to the bike trail a bonus right across the road. Kitchen well equipped for avid cooks. Just a couple of recommends : New showerhead would be a lovely addition as the low pressure was kinda frustrating. A new master mattress would also be great! Beyond that a really sweet and affordable stay with amazing ocean proximity.

The view is everything!

We keep coming back for one reason only-- the amazing view and location which is close to the beach and the town of Wellfleet. The property isn't very well maintained and needs basic updates and amenities. This year, someone brought in all the outdoor furniture and removed the screens in the porch before the last renters arrived!

Charming quietude not far from the main vein of the Outer Cape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, excellent! While the street was a bit busier than we expected, there's a feeling of peaceful isolation here. It's mesmerizing to watch the ocean each day (we spotted seals in the surf all day long, every day), and the scrub forest around us teemed with towhees, cardinals, and catbirds during the day and whippoorwills at night. The town beach nearby is more breathtaking and raw than many others on the Outer Cape, but the main highway is less than ten minutes away so you can use this place as a good base for many excursions. The understated vintage charm of the home is relaxing, perfect for feeling like you're truly getting away from it all.

A charming little cottage in an amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from an amazing week at this very special house in Wellfleet. The location is unbeatable. We spent many hours on that deck taking in the spectacular view. This is a classic Cape style beach cottage with picture windows that allow you to appreciate the ocean from the living room couch. It has its quirks (loose sockets, tricky stairs, unsecured screens on the porch) and I would say it's a stretch to call it a 3 bedrooms as the top floor is more like one open space but the proximity to the beach and charm of the home conquers all. Based on a prior review we brought a power strip, a string of lights and our own beach chairs which we used on the deck and were glad we did so. Overall a great spot.

Ocean Views on Ocean View Drive

The house gets extremely warm in the hot weather and though there are good fans, it's hard to get any cross ventilation going. We had trouble with the internet service, but the owner and realtor were very responsive and solved the problem quickly. The electrical outlets don't hold plugs very securely.
