Comfortable apartment, great location

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Columbus - great location, everything as listed. Beds were comfortable, great to have a dedicated parking space. Will definitely come back!

Cute little apartment in the heart of Victorian Village. Walked to OSU for a football game. Very quiet. Great spot!

This was a great property, Absolutely lovely. Had a tiny trouble finding the parking, but they were helpful with that. The management co. doesn't work until 11 am which is check out time, so that's not the best in terms of the communications. Upon check in ensure that the shower tub is working as a shower, we had a little trouble making that happen, but the games are great fun, the spaces were great, all of our family loved the location and the decor, the extra half bath was perfect, we needed that. Ultimately a fabulous property and we loved it! Thank you!

This is a great location in Victorian Village, close to a beautiful park and many great shops and restaurants. It was great to have a designated parking spot especially since there was an OSU game on Saturday. The parking pass was not left in the apartment. Check in is at 5pm which is late. I asked for early check in knowing there was no one staying for days prior to our Friday check in. They said we could wait until the day of arrival and they might be able to accommodate or we could pay extra for early check in. We paid extra since we had young children and an event starting at 5pm. There were many burned out lights, one lamp without a bulb, one washcloth and hand towel for 7 people, one towel for each guest for the entire weekend. One comforter was stained. We asked for paper towels, more towels, wash cloths, hand towels, the parking pass and a replacement comforter. Someone dropped everything off but the replacement comforter later that day. The staff was responsive but for the amount we spent (1,600 for 2 nights - 5pm Friday to 11am Sunday), I thought hospitality/ cleaning staff could have done a better job.

The host and the owner were very helpful in solving some issues when we first got there that were caused by a power outage. They were prompt and quick to reply and made sure everything was fixed and then even checked in afterwards to be sure everything was well. My youngest son loved the property because there was a long hallway that he could run up and down and everything was comfortable and cozy.
