Located on a lower floor, yet just far enough away to offer a sense of privacy, the unit boasts sweeping views of the Gulf from the private balcony, the ideal place for your morning coffee and a book! The room was clean for the most part. There isn’t one piece of furniture inside or outside of the condo that was at all comfortable!! Very Outdated and a sunroom with no AC so you couldn’t stand to be in that room at all! For the money I could have found a lot nicer comfortable place to stay in. Wasn’t worth what they charged at all! However the pool and outside area was cleaner than most.

The condo was actually much nicer than what the online advertisement seemed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful gulf views from all 3 bedrooms (master with access to large balcony, one bedroom with large windows, and a bedroom with a small balcony). Heated pool was nice. Designated parking spot under the unit was convenient. Received all of my check in via text/email and never talked to anyone at the condo other than at the gate to receive my parking tag at first entry. Condo well stocked. Comfortable clean beds. Keypad entry very convenient. Easy access to stairs and quick elevator. Sunroom would be perfect for chilly/rainy days. Building A balconies are currently under construction next door with workers yelling and running power tools starting by 8am every day all day was a bit frustrating, but I’ve gotten into that frequently no matter where I have stayed in PCB. Would definitely stay here again though.

We had an awesome time!

We had a wonderful time, place is very cozy and right by the beach. One of our cars even had a reserved covered spot under the building. There isnt a spot in the house where there is not a beautiful view of the beach. So spacious and comfortable. I do recomend taking your own towels. We had 9 people staying and only 6 towels. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall the room is nice and we had a good stay. It is nice to be able to park one vehicle directly under the room. It is a very short week to the beach and pool. The only cons are the bathroom in the main bedroom is a little cramped and the exhaust fan did not work, there are no ceiling fans in the unit, but the AC works just fine, and the balcony furniture is very uncomfortable and cheep feeling.

Very clean, quiet resort. Pictures accurately represented condo. The condo itself was also very, very clean. Loved the sunroom and the views from every room were phenomenal. Air in main part of condo and master bedroom worked great (extremely great because even set at 73/74, it was very cold). The bedrooms off the kitchen were a little warmer than the rest of the condo. Could use some ceiling fans to stir the air in these rooms. We bought a room fan to help with the smaller bedrooms to have some air movement as not much air came out of the vents in those 2 rooms. We did not call to ask for anyone to look at it though, because it wasn't unbearable and the blackout shades being pulled during the heat of the day helped. The 2 chair/umbrella sets on the beach that were included were a huge perk to us and we used them every day we were there. The covered parking spot right below the unit was also a great benefit. The exhaust in the primary bedroom's bathroom did not work, but we didn't really need it as the shower is not in the sink/counter area. We needed a can opener while there, but the kitchen did not have one of those, but other than that, it was very well equipped. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Beach view was terrific! Nice covered parking right under the building. Elevator is very slow and no air conditioning in it. Beds very comfortable. Couches need to be upgraded and rug in sunroom had terrible smell of urine- I guess from being pet friendly. Otherwise, very nice place.
