Your Home Away from Home in Fryeburg, Maine

Welcome to your tranquil retreat in Fryeburg! This newly built home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the comforts of home,

We are located minutes away from three popular wedding venues- Hardy Farms, Barton Family Farm & The Old Saco Inn. We close to three family friendly ski areas. Be at three of the areas ski mountains within 30 minutes or less.

The primary suite features a queen bed and private patio doors that open onto a secluded deck with serene nature views. The en suite bathroom boasts a spacious custom walk-in shower and a separate vanity area—ideal for freshening up after a day of skiing or exploring.

The first guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and a spacious closet, while the kids’ bedroom is designed for fun and flexibility, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, sleeping up to four children. A portable crib is also available for younger guests. The main bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo, and both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Each bedroom includes a full closet, room-darkening window coverings, and a smart TV for added comfort. The living room features a warm and inviting gas-log fireplace and an additional full-size bed for extra sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster oven, oven and air fryer, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron is also available for your convenience.

Step outside and unwind on one of the two covered porches, complete with patio furniture and a gas grill. Whether you’re enjoying the peaceful surroundings or exploring all that Fryeburg has to offer, this home is the perfect base for your adventures.

We planned a quick holiday weekend with time split between the White Mountains and Long Lake. The location was perfect. The house was immaculate and very well appointed with anything we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This was the perfect home for a weekend getaway! From the amenity baskets to a well stocked kitchen we had everything we needed and then some. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and an awesome open living area. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the fryeburg area.

Dwayne and friends were absolutely wonderful guests! Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish, and they were very respectful of the house rules. A great time!

The house was amazing. Great location! It was complete with welcome baskets! You will find everything you need in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels and chairs. That was extremely helpful. It has a nice outdoor seating area that we used daily, complete with grill. Some great restaurants within 10-30 minutes. Shannon, the host answered all questions very quickly. It truly was one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

Even though our stay was short, we were thoroughly impressed with this home. It was clean, well- maintained and beautifully decorated. The home felt warm and welcoming upon arrival. There was plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable! The host was very helpful prior to our arrival answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you.

The owner of this property was the best. She had fast and friendly responses, as well as being so helpful to us with a request we had.The house was clean, comfy, with many added extras and so much room for all. If you are traveling with small children you will be well taking care of. My granddaughterdiscovered a whole cupboard of books that kept her entertained the whole trip.Highly recommend this property to all.
