Great visit. Perfect for the Bourbon Trail. Our group of 8 enjoyed all the amenities and appreciated the cleanliness and the location in the middle of Frankfort. Would highly recommend for a group trip.

Excellent! Host was very attentive when assistance was needed, easy to work with. We cannot say enough great things about this place! Wonderful mattresses, pillows, soft clean towels. Amazing place!

The house worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the pool table, bar and home gym. The location downtown was wonderful and we were able to walk to the restaurants and bars nearby. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting. It was centrally located to visit the various distilleries in the area as well.

Our group of eight were very comfortable in this property. The bar, game rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very well stocked and the property was walking distance from everything. I would highly recommend this property!

This place is EPIC! Amazing and historic, 5 stars for sure!Excellent communication from host. Clean, spacious, and has everything you need plus more! Comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. We came in December and I appreciate the holiday touches in the house. It truly was a great place to relax, socialize, and imbibe in comfort at the end of the day.

From the beginning of our stay our host Shane was incredibly helpful. He provided recommendations on car transport to/from the Derby and the Bourbon trail and offered additional help as needed. The home was perfect for a group of 10 and EVERYTHING is thought of. The movie room, poker room, bar and piano room were all bonus spaces that added to the great experience our group had. Location wise, Frankfort is not a big town, but it's located a very short walk from bars/restaurants and minutes from Buffalo Trace distillery. It's the perfect location to launch your group into Bourbon country and offers a great alternative to Lexington or Louisville.

I've rented houses dozens of times throughout the years and this was easily one of the best.First the house - pictures actually don't do it justice. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, very well stocked. Theme rooms are a lot of fun. Very spacious, tv's everywhere. Our group was in the are to visit the distilleries. This house was equally as much fun.The area around the house was just a blast! There are some of the cutest stores, ice cream shops, historical references. There are several bourbon bars to choose from. You could spend a couple days here easily. Shane was very communicative and responsive. We didn't need anything but he did check in.Last - this was the easiest checkout list we ever had. That part was appreciated!!

What a great home for a group of friends, an extended family gathering, single family unit. Shane is a wonderful host, keeping in contact as needed, and very responsive to communications. The location is fabulous for walking around Frankfort, or the River walk, with several distilleries just a mile or so away, or a short drive away. You can’t go wrong booking this home. Fun decor, comfortable beds, good water pressure, lots of room for gathering as a group or taking a little alone time. Thank you, 324 BourBon St!

Absolutely amazing rental. Everything about this place is first class. Our entire group agreed that we will be renting here again. This is the only VRBO rental we have stayed at since I had my child that I have felt comfortable letting her crawl around and play. The rooms with poker, the pool table, and bar area made for fun hangouts. Upstairs the bedrooms were beautiful and had VERY comfy beds. Most bedrooms were large enough for a pack n play to be set up if you are traveling with kids. HUGE bathroom with all the amenities. They even have fancy soap at all the sinks and in the showers. Also, fantastic location in Frankfort. Coffee shop 1 block down, restaurants within walking distance, and super close to Buffalo Trace Distillery. Everything was super easy with check in and check out. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been a host for several years with properties on the Bourbon Trail and Red River Gorge. As not only a short-term rental owner and operator, I'm a licensed realtor who only works with short-term rental investors. This property was the brainchild of me and two of my college fraternity brothers. We incorporated our likenesses into art in a few of the rooms as an homage to their influence on the design and renovations.
We tried to create an experience based on what we enjoy doing while on vacation and hope we hit the mark to ensure our guests have a blast while visiting the Bourbon Capitol of the World :)

We selected this location because of its walkability to the tasting rooms and restaurants downtown. We also wanted to renovate an older home to preserve the character of the area. Bourbon Street is the result of a nearly 7 month renovation.
