Great property for families or several couples. Each bedroom has a king bed and there are plenty of bathrooms. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and museums. Nice place!

Large home with wonderful old character- two kitchens, two laundry room, central location- worked well for our large group.

This house was perfect for our large group. We were all able to eat together at the dining room and play cards in the evening. If we’re in the Frankfort area again, we would come back.

beautiful home in historical district of Frankfort; centrally located and well-suited for a large group. Mark communicated well and responded immediately to the few questions we had. House is excellently equipped, and comfortably furnished with period pieces. We plan a return trip and will definitely stay here again!

Great location for bourbon trail trips

The place was perfectly located for visiting Frankfort area distilleries and was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Great Bourbon Visit

Great location and home for sharing with multiple couples! Long weekend visit and home was well appointed with plenty of space. Home was clean and well appointed with super easy check-in and out.

This was a lovely house. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms worked! We didn’t use the kitchens (yes, plural) much but they seemed well stocked. The street was quiet but well situated to the restaurants and bars in the historic district. My family could walk to a lot of places. Would love to stay here again. Frankfort is a fun little city!

Perfectly charming

Perfect house for a group of 4 couples. Each had their own bathroom and there were 2 full kitchens and living areas. Nice appliances and super clean. Location was perfect for a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and bar area. Would highly recommend the house!

Bourbon Trail

We loved this property. It was close to distilleries and we could walk to good restaurants. We liked the location of being within 45-60 minutes of neighboring cities. We also enjoyed the Old Frankfort Pike Drive through horse country. Wallace Station is a must stop. This house was perfect for our group.

Perfect house for multiple households

This was the perfect house for the four (4) households who traveled to Frankfort to celebrate a friends 70th bday. Each household had their own space / bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to many activities we had planned for the weekend. The beds were extremely comfortable and loved the fact that each bedroom had a king size bed in it. It was perfect.

We stayed here with 8 adults and 2 kids for 5 days over Christmas, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made planning and check-in smooth and stress-free.The house was super clean when we arrived, and you could tell it’s well cared for. All of the beds and mattresses were comfortable (possibly new?)—we all slept really well after long days of exploring. The historic character and beautiful woodwork throughout the home gave it a warm, inviting charm that made it feel like a real holiday retreat.We loved the quaint, warm atmosphere—it felt cozy but spacious enough for our larger group. One of the best parts was the walking distance to downtown, which made it easy to enjoy meals, shops, and local attractions without needing to drive.Overall, this was a great place for a family getaway over the holidays, and we would happily stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We brought family for family weekend at Stewart home school where our special needs son lives. Wonderful house for all of us and amazing location. Loved having four bedrooms plus four bathrooms. Our only complaint was the ants in the downstairs kitchen. The wee were traps set so they were aware but they were constant. I’m sure all the rain and wet didn’t help. We ended up using the upstairs kitchen most of the time. Otherwise beautiful home and location!!!!

Frankfurt was an amazing surprise

My family, 6 adults, decided to spend a weekend close by and found this house in Frankfurt. What an awesome set-up (four rooms with king beds and bathrooms for each) and location. It was walkable to a bunch of restaurants and bars downtown, the candy shop and Andy's pastries. Learn the way to the old "singing bridge" and walk that way, it's a beautiful walk and much easier. The town has a free shuttle that gives you the lay of the land and a great overview of the town. Free tours at Buffalo Trace (make reservations if you can, but if not, just go and ask if they have cancellations) and don't miss taking one of the horse tours. Our driver was a former jockey and trainer and we went during the season when the foals were born, wow! I had no idea what to expect. We loved the location, the house and the walkable neighborhoods. I cannot recommend this highly enough for a wonderful stay.
