The perfect location and great amenities! Indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool - typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and golf. Entertainment for all ages!
Rega Stays welcomes you to our gorgeous condo in Pointe Royale! This two bedroom condo features a king bed in the master with an en suite bathroom and a queen in the second bedroom. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests! Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful condo.
Step outside to relax on your private deck overlooking the resort lawn with a small pond. Sip on your morning coffee or night cap with a glass of wine as you take in the serenity with your family and friends.
The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals. A dining room table seating four or two barstools offer mealtime seating.
Rega Stays also has plenty of centrally located amenities for you to enjoy! Take a dip in either of our pools, indoor and outdoor (outdoor pool - typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), relax in our hot tub (Memorial day through extended season into fall/early winter at resort discretion), or pick up a friendly game of pickleball or tennis.
Or take a step into nature's playground and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors at the resort with a peaceful nature walk around our beautifully manicured resort.
Calling all golf enthusiasts! Pointe Royale is well known for its world class golfing experience! This challenging 18-hole, 5615 yard par 71 course is regarded as the original championship course in Branson area and is minted to a high level of standards. The course has 8 water holes.
Branson has it all! Rega Stays is centrally located, just 3 miles south of the 76 entertainment strip and minutes from all Branson shows and shopping. Pointe Royale is a private resort with gated entry monitored 24 hours a day. Close to everything but still safe and secluded.

Anfitrión: Ashley Cole
Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.
First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!
Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 3 to 22 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (22), a singer (20), a softball/socialite (13), two baseball players (10 & 11), a gymnast (9) and ‘the boss’ (3).
After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.
We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.
We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 30!
We hope that you will visit us and that it will become a tradition for you just as It has for us. From our family to yours, may God bless you with Peace, Love, Health, and Memories of a lifetime from your stay in Branson!
