Great place for the price. Only down sides were the living room and deck didn’t have enough seats/space for our group of 5. Loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house was very responsive and easy to reach, which we really appreciated. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for our needs, the location was great. We did run into a couple of minor cleaning and maintenance issues with the dishwasher and dust under the TV stand, but we were able to get them sorted out. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciated the host’s communication and hospitality.

Nice Quiet Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. I always worry what neighbors will be like when renting a condo, but this place was nice and quiet. Quiet neighborhood too. Nice views of the golf course from the back porch. We had some issues with regulating the hot water in both of the showers while there, but Christene was very responsive and had the issues addressed in short order.

Very nice

Very nice & clean and the property manager is very responsive. I did think it was on the first level was the only thing, because I have a bad knee. But it was fine, my husband & daughter were able to take the dog out easily.

Condo was good, appliances were a little old and refrigerator doesn’t cool very well. It was noted by people who stayed before us as well. Still not a bad value.
