Enjoy modern comforts with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an outdoor pool. accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Bask in the outdoor sunshine and explore nearby beaches all year round. Located just 20 minutes to downtown St. Pete and Tampa, and the stunning beaches Pinellas County are also a mere 20-minutes' drive away.

The required statement "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

This Home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) monitors high noise levels. Breaking of any of the House Rules such as having unregistered guests, parties, unregistered pets, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or excessive noise. Not following quiet hours can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property.

Clean extremely modern place! Pool was perfect along with the hot tub temp. Check-in check-out was seamless and easy. Backyard was a perfect getaway tha felt super private, with plenty of room for fun! All rooms were clean and put together, with the master bedroom being truly spectacular. Beds weren't cheap and slept well.Location was great with plenty to do a short ride away!

It truly is an Oasis! The house was very clean and fit the description. All the appliances are newer and worked properly. The property is spacious which provides the perfect amount of privacy to enjoy doing outside activities. Communication with the owner was great. We are a family of 6 and we all slept comfortably. We will definitely stay again if it is available.

Home was perfect for our stay. Home was spacious and outdoor space was very nice. Owner was very responsive when we needed him. We had a lovely time! A couple of suggestions for future renters (although this didn’t lower our score or ruin our stay!) more pillows and towels for each bedroom, and stock the kitchen with more basic supplies. We had to purchase some basics such as baking sheets, serving spoons and large bowls. Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! Thank you!

Perfect home for families. The home is very large and has a huge sandbox, spacious areas, swimming pool, hot tub. The large yard was especially nice for the kids to run around and play. You could tell that it was recently updated and very clean. Great for large groups of people.

This was my first Airbnb experience. This place did not disappoint. Beautiful clean overall 10/10. Thank you for sharing an amazing space with us. Our check in process was great. All of our questions were answered in timely manner. Customer service was amazing. We are overall satisfied.

We had a great stay here! The home was clean, very spacious, and worked well for our group of 6 adults. There is plenty of parking space also. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and it was very cold. The hot tub did not have water in it and I didn’t see anything in the listing or hear from the host about it being out of service. We assumed it would be available to use during our stay. Although the kitchen had plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, it lacked other basic cooking supplies such as measuring cups and cooking utensils. With a large group we wanted to cook instead of eat out. The host responded promptly to a couple questions we had. Overall we had a great time.

Thank you for staying with Florida Dream Oasis. Hi, just wanted to let you know that the pool isn’t heating up. However, we’ve mentioned on the vrbo platform that the pool is not heating. Guests should be aware of the pool situation. The hot tub is not heating up because the maintenance fee hasn’t been paid. Thank you for your understanding.

House was very nice and clean. The pool was great for our daughter and she loved the sand pit ! Location was nice too. Close to the airport and grocery stores.

Very nice place. Many updates were made to the house. If there were any issues the host resolved quickly and was very responsive. We didn’t have enough towels or face cloths. I had to go out and buy more. The fridge, freezer and master tub was not cleaned thoroughly but I was able to clean them. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Overall the stay was good.
