Located just steps away from Lake Livingston, enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of Cape Royale (with a 24/7 Manned Security Gate). This property is located next to Royale Greens Park with direct lake access. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleep’s 7 in beds with air mattress/couch available for up to 10) Roku Streaming TV’s in Living, Master & Guest. Free WIFI. This home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with couch, loveseat and recliner. Access to the Cape Royale community amenities (marina & store with boat ramps, pool ($90 fee for use), tennis, pickle ball & basketball court as well as sand volleyball). Spend your days on Lake Livingston with your loved ones when you bring your boat along. Kayaks and Canoe available for your use. This is a Golf Cart/UTV community so bring yours to explore the whole neighborhood. Your next East Texas weekend getaway awaits!

Perfect rental for our annual trip to Lake Livingston with friends. House has everything you need and right on the water. Host is a great communicator! The family of deer that we saw each day was an unexpected TREAT! We will definitely be back next year!

Our family (Mom, Dad, 2 kids, 9y and 1y) loved this home! Very clean upon check-in with all the amenities we’d want. The location near the water is a hit, with fishing and canoe/kayak fun to be had. The long, elevated deck adds to the outdoor time and the peaceful neighborhood was great throughout the visit, especially in morning and evenings. Book this house; you won’t be disappointed!

Inside is completely remodelled. Looks brand new. Very clean. Excellent bedding and linens. Very responsive host. Water craft for 5- We had a great time!

Our stay at the lake house was outstanding. The quiet neighborhood and lake access were notable highlights. The provision of kayaks was a welcome bonus. A quick trip to the nearby Brookshire Brothers store catered to our every need. The scenery was stunning, with an array of wildlife on display. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. In hindsight, I wish I had utilized the Blackstone grill for pancakes. Creating s'mores with the children over a roaring fire was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for offering a serene and peaceful escape from the urban jungle.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely LOVED this property! The lake was just steps away. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, playing sand volleyball, walking the nature trail, and watching the sunset by the campfire. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked for all our needs. The host responded to any questions very quickly and was wonderful to work with. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this place.

This was a cozy place with a beautiful backyard to sit and relax. The upstairs walkout deck is a great place to have dinner. The trees provide great shade against the Summer Sun. Just a short walk through the backyard to the park next door and a nice little Beach area for the children to play and view the sunset. The trees also provided plenty of choices for hanging a hammock. Just a short drive to the boat ramp which is calm and well protected.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take tremendous pride in maintaining the home and the surrounding property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The house itself was spotless, organized, and very comfortable, making it easy for our family to settle in and relax right away.The communication from the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. It really made the experience stress-free.One of the highlights of this property is the incredible access to the lake. There is a bulkhead very close to the home that provided some of the best fishing we’ve experienced in a while. My son ended up catching a 40-pound catfish, which made the trip unforgettable for him and our family. If you enjoy fishing, you will absolutely love staying here.Another thing we really appreciated was the extra sense of security. The subdivision has a security guard at the entrance, which added peace of mind during our stay and made the property feel even more safe and welcoming.Overall, this is hands down one of the best places we’ve rented in a long time. The beautiful property, the cleanliness, the great communication from the owner, and the amazing fishing made it a perfect getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside retreat.

From the moment we walked in, our expectations were exceeded! The host remained in communication with us and was immediate with responses. The property is very cozy and everything we needed was provided! Highly recommended this property to others, I guarantee you will enjoy your stay!
