An optional cancellation waiver for unforeseen events like illness is also offered at booking. Without that coverage, we aren’t able to issue refunds or move the reservation. While we were able to get a technician out quickly to resolve the thermostat programming issue, we understand that the lack of cooling in the kitchen and family room throughout the week was frustrating, especially during a trip focused on family time. We did our best to coordinate with multiple vendors during a busy holiday week, but unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be fully resolved during your stay.
