Guest Responsibilities & Safety
We love welcoming families to our home and have thoughtfully included amenities like bunk beds and a backyard play area to make your stay more enjoyable. However, guests are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
Bunk Beds: Please ensure children use them safely. Climbing on the rails or jumping is strictly prohibited.
Backyard & Playground: The outdoor space is for your enjoyment, but use is at your own risk.
Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge that the host is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to misuse of these amenities. Please enjoy responsibly and reach out if you have any questions!
ADDITIONAL RULES!
PETS:
We do allow guests to bring 2 dogs. You must let us know upon booking that you will be bringing dogs. Pet rules are as follows:
- ONLY UP TO TWO DOGS ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals.
- $100 for up to two dogs.
- No dogs on the furniture
- Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes)
- You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed)
- Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in the home alone during your stay
- Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is NOT fenced)
- Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog
- If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home.
ADDITIONALLY:
*Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
*Smoking in the home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
*Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
*Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item
*Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge
*Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred
*Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
*Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Comfort Concierge LLC
*Maximum occupancy is 15 guests. A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.
*Early check in 3PM / Late check out 11AM $75 (depends on availability)
