However, I’d like to clarify a few points to ensure future guests have a complete and accurate understanding of the property and our service: Parking Instructions: Detailed check-in information, including where to park, is always sent in advance through the VRBO platform. Occasionally, these messages might be missed or filtered, which could explain the confusion. We are usually very responsive, and I regret if any delay in response caused frustration. Stairs and Cleanliness: The apartment is indeed split over two levels with internal stairs, as clearly shown and described in the listing. The staircase is part of the charm and architecture of the building. Both staircases are cleaned regularly, though occasional dust may accumulate between turnovers, especially during high season. For a short 2-night stay, we provide two large towel per guest. Additional towels and blankets are always available upon request — we simply did not receive any such request during your stay. Guest Manual: A comprehensive digital guestbook is shared before arrival (with Wi-Fi info, appliance instructions, and more), and a QR code linking to it is also displayed in the apartment. We always welcome constructive feedback and strive to improve where possible.
