Nestled in the southern Ozark mountains, on Lake Norfork, is the location to your next adventure stay at The Log Cabin. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath authentic log cabin with modern conveniences. Its quiet location provides a spacious covered back deck, with a hot tub and grill to give you the experience and a view of nature that is only found in the natural state. All while being conveniently located 3 miles east to the charming small town of Mountain Home. There you can find your local and chain locations for coffee, groceries, restaurants, shopping and events through out the year. Staying at this location gives you the opportunity to do everything. Bring your boat on location and have a standard size boat stall available. Or skip the hassle and rent one from our many boat options on location. Or if you just need to relax by a pool with a spectacular panoramic view of Norfork Lake. Don't settle for one vacation spot when you can do it all from here at The Log Cabin.

Had a wonderful stay at the log cabin, and the hot tub was amazing after a day of fishing on beautiful Lake Norfork. Minutes from the water with incredible views.

Staff was great and easy to communicate with. The boat slip was a huge help and made everything so much easier. Close to everything and very clean. On the rainy day we made a quick drive up to Branson. The back deck was our hangout spot.

The hosts were exceptional. And the cabin was the most beautiful cabin I have ever stayed at. It was so nice to get away and be back to country living. The hot tub was relaxing. And I would highly recommend the Teal Resort to everyone.

Scott was welcoming when we checked in. The log cabin was very cozy & clean. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend spending time in the hot tub & enjoying the warmth of the wood stove.

We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties, and the communication from the host throughout the entire stay was above and beyond even our best experience. Whether we had a question about boat rentals or something in the house, they were always prompt to reply to our texts.

What a cozy and welcoming place for a vacation! Communication and check-in was super easy and the cabin was very clean and nicely prepared for our December visit. A howling windstorm knocked out the power on our last night and Scott and Sarah immediately reached out and came to the rescue with lanterns and fire starters for the wood stove. We could not have asked for more thoughtful and kind hospitality.

Amazingly peaceful hideaway

Such a beautiful house, spacious, clean, and peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. As nice as the inside is, the deck was the the real highlight of our stay. We probably spent the majority of our time relaxing in the hot tub watching the wildlife and looking at the stars. Even though there are a couple of houses nearby, theyre far enough away that you dont even notice them. I cant recommend this place enough. We havent even been home a week and we've already talked about planning another stay. and just enjoying th
