Forgot this property doesn't have WiFi or phone service, which is actually great once all your guest arrive and you have travel plans mapped out. Planning on coming back next year.

Loved that this home was so pet friendly and private. The home was clean, stocked and very spacious. The hosts were great and kept us informed about the dish cable that a storm had knocked out. They had a ton of dvds so my husband was happy. Will come again.. thank you for sharing your home.

We absolutely loved this house. Very tucked away and had great trails and roads to e-bike! Short walk to dock and on a very quiet part of the river.

Highly recommend this property. Very nice, spacious and very well maintained. Owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. And the view from the deck was something to see. Top notch!

Beautiful home, very clean, great location, polite host, private, pet friendly, and a boat dock…what more could we ask for! We were 7 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. This home offered plenty of room for everyone. There are lots of stairs but that is to be expected of any home on the river, all of us-including my parents in their 70’s were able to manage just fine. Once you get to the upper level you have everything you need-kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and plenty of seating options inside and on the lovely decks. We travel for work a lot so I brought my Starlink mini which helped with WiFi, calls and work as needed. The boat dock was such a nice feature for us as we own and keep a boat in Mtn. Home. We were able to fish every day. Having our boat there and not having to load and unload each day was wonderful. Also, we saw so many deer on the roads leading to the home-which is always enjoyable. And in case anyone would like to know, Flippin Walmart does deliver. So once you’re there you really don’t have to go out unless you really want to. Our entire family enjoyed this home and would highly recommend it!

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding which was hosted up the road at King’s Landing. The property was beautiful and the house was spotless. We bought inner tubes and floated about 1.5 miles down the river and got out at the nearest boat launch. It was a blast. The water was crystal clear and great to swim in. I would suggest bringing water shoes if you have kids or sensitive feet because the rocks in the bottom were a bit sharp.Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to fish but enjoyed watching them jump in the river while we sipped coffee on the porch in the morning. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were zero mosquitoes when we were there in early June. As someone who usually gets eaten alive, I didn’t get a single bite and never wore bug repellent during our stay. My only request for the hosts would be to add some dish towels, additional hot pads, and bath mats. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
