The villa is capacious and well-equipped to host families/friends and anyone looking for a remarkable vacation. With four beds across two well-appointed bedrooms, two full ensuite bathrooms with master boasting jacuzzi tubs and a half bathroom, a luxurious open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and anchored by the gorgeous fire place and living room with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the beauty of the mountains into the home, screened-in three season porch and an outdoor deck, you are in for a getaway you're not going to forget.

The Villa is a world-class getaway surrounded by several other exquisite destinations. Let the Villa serve as home base while you partake in the myriad wonders of Trapp Family Lodge, Stowe Mountain Resort, the town of Stowe and the broader Green Mountains and Burlington.

The Villa is situated privately on the 2,500-acre grounds of the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort in idyllic Stowe, VT and boasts miles of trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor joy.

You will enjoy FREE access to all resort amenities: pool, fitness center, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking trails, rock climbing wall, yoga studio, farming elements (sheep, cattle, maple syrup harvesting), and much more!

Aficionados respect the Austrian style beers of the von Trapp Brewing & Bierhall, which is within skiing or hiking/biking distance from the villa. The food is excellent with lots of kid-friendly activities onsite.

We visited with our 5 kids ages 3 months-15 years old. There was space for everyone and all the amenities and accommodations needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were beautiful and the resort had just enough to keep the kids entertained!

Spacious and well provisioned, incredible views, and tons of amenities on the Von Trapp estate! This was a perfect place for our family of five with three young children. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, located in the Trapp Family Lodge report in Stowe. I am a native of Vermont and I was visiting extended family and stayed here since my parents used to take me to Stowe as a child and I have fond memories here. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the resort amenities as well, including the pool and jacuzzi just up the road. Would definitely love to stay here again sometime! Highly recommended!

Just an exceptional experience. Great house. Great host. We are big cross-country skiers and it was fun to just hop on the trail. The von Trapp Lodge amenities were lovely. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised and as rated. 5 star. The villa was very well furnished and the kitchen had everything including good quality knives.Trapps has some of the best skiing areas in New England and takes great care of them.

Family Time in Vermont

From our booking to the end of our stay; we enjoyed every moment! This property lives up to the listing!! The location is wonderful and the property is clean and comfortable. The host bent over backwards to ensure that we had everything that we needed so we could truly enjoy our vacation. We loved it so much that we booked another trip over the summer! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home that was just perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort as well as the beautiful view from the screened in porch and deck. This would be a great place to stay at any time of year and we can’t wait to return!

The property and villa was beautiful, quiet, and well appointed. Lots of room. An excellent choice for families or two couples. Comfortable beds. Beautiful decorations and furniture throughout. Kitchen had lots of useful cooking necessities, dishes, glasses, and utensiles. Coffee pods were provided. A short walk to the Kafe Haus for morning fresh coffee and pastries. About a 10 minute walk through an easy, wooded trail to the main lodge.
