Naples’ Hidden Gem: Park Shore Resort – Just a mile from the Gulf’s sandy shores, this apartment is your serene escape in the heart of Naples. Experience the vibrant local life, just steps from top dining and shopping. Indulge in the contemporary living spaces, complete with expansive windows offering panoramic views of the picturesque grounds. Your dream vacation with all-inclusive amenities and easy beach access is waiting for you.

The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is an elevator)

Dine in delight at our on-site restaurant; Hogfish Harry’s with its savory menu or opt for alfresco dining with our BBQ area. The resort’s picnic spots, and sundeck offer the perfect backdrop for Florida’s sunny charm.”

ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Location, location, location!! Close to so many restaurants and attractions. Our balcony overlooked the ponds and was a great spot for reading and relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic!

Host is very welcoming and responsive to any questions or issues. Amenities are fine . Grounds beautifully landscaped. Other guests and owners friendly, giving a welcoming atmosphere around the pool area. This was our second year staying in this unit and we have booked for next year.

The space was great for the two of us…we enjoyed our privacy and the balcony/lanai was great…but the condo was very dark and needed some cosmetic upgrades…brand new TV’s were not usable because they had not been pared with the new cable system…dishwasher didn’t work…bathroom vanities were unusually low…given the price we paid, all of these should not have been an issue…once again, we enjoyed our stay there, the restaurant and pool were both great and incredibly convenient

Thank you for your stay. I’m glad you enjoyed the privacy, the lanai, and the resort amenities. For future guests, I’d like to clarify a few points. The condo faces south over the lake and is naturally bright throughout the day. All TVs were brand‑new and fully functional; the only issue was closed‑captioning, which required a technician. You preferred not to have anyone enter the unit in your absence, which I fully respected. The dishwasher and all appliances were inspected immediately afterward and confirmed to be working normally. Bathroom vanities are standard height and identical to those throughout the resort. I always address any concern promptly, and I’m glad you were otherwise able to enjoy your visit.

This place worked great for my family. The resort was fantastic for the kids- and the location was perfect to get to a lot of different things in a short amount of time! We love the Naples area!

Awesome Rental

We loved this rental property. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and very cozy. Will definitely stay there again. Owner was very kind and made sure our stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Park Shore Resort. The condo was clean and worked well for what we needed. The restaurant on site Hogfish Harry's was amazing. Excellent food and drinks!

A great place to stay in Naples

Super nice place! Clean and close to a lot of areas for shopping and the beach. Pool and surrounding areas are stunning. I would recommend this property without reservation.
