Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and so quiet. It was a short walk to the beach and everything was available for a relaxing day (chairs, umbrella, cooler). Great stay!

We had a great time! The location was amazing…a few steps to the beach and a few to downtown in the other direction. The place and beds were comfortable and it was well-stocked! Will come again!

We love this area. The location is perfect for going to the beach. It is also close to the town to walk and get food and coffee. Our host was very quick to respond. Our rooms were very nice. Love them.

This Condo was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and Judy & Helen were always there to help. Beach couldn’t be any closer and amazing restaurants were a block a way!!! Mediterrano, Tommy Bahama & Ridgeway Bar & Grill to name a few.Would defs stay here again, it was exactly what we were looking for on this trip!!

Location is fantastic! Only 1 block to the Gulf and restaurants! Nice pool too!Only con was the mixup on our arrival date so our place was not cleaned; but manager responded immediately when called while we enjoyed a sunset on the beach.

The host was extremely welcoming, and the condo was clean and quiet. Incredible location with easy access to the pool and beach. Lovely neighborhood for walking and a quick walk or ride to restaurants and playgrounds.

Great location. A block from the beach. Lots of sidewalks for walks/strolls. Resort had pool but weather was too cool to enjoy.

Absolutely great location with close walk to the beach, 3rd Street and Fifth Avenue. The unit was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

This home is in the perfect location for walking to the beach, coffee, delicious restaurants and shopping. The beds are very comfy and the home is very clean.

Clean and updated unit within walking distance to 3rd Street shops and the beach. It had all the amenities we needed for our beach day too. We would definitely stay again.

Location relative to beach access is great. A short walk! Place is clean and cozy. The "Gorilla Wagon" provided is perfect for taking beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler (all provided) and other stuff down to the beach. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had, replied within a day and answered well. Neighborhood around the condo complex is very nice.

We've stayed at several different Mariner units 5 of the last 7 years. Out of all of those units, this one was probably the most complete - all the kitchenware, amenities, decor, etc. that made us feel at home. Also, the host provided very clear information on the property and was responsive to requests. We had a great week and look forward to returning here again!

Great location, wonderful communication with host. Very clean and and very nice welcoming beautiful updated decor. Walk to beach, shops and great restaurants. The supplied Beach towels, umbrella and chairs and cooler were very nice. We had everything we needed. We would stay here again. Thank you!

This property was a dream come true and made our trip feel like we were at home. The check in process was extremely smooth and the host, Judy, was very responsive and thorough with her instructions. The beach was a short walk away and everything you could ever require is available to you. From chairs to umbrellas, a wagon and coolers…There was even toys for my five year old son to play in the sand. The kitchen had every appliance needed. The TVs were all up to date and the bathrooms were fully stocked. The pool was nice and clean too. We had one day where it rained all day and. Pilsner enjoy much outdoors but it felt like we were in our own homes and we were able to stay in without worrying about a thing. We truly enjoyed our experience and we look forward to staying here again next year. We will definitely be back. Thank you Judy.
