We are pleased to learn that you found several aspects of the property enjoyable, including the well-stocked kitchen, nice appliances, welcoming living space, entertainment options, and comfortable beds. Your satisfaction with these aspects is important to us. We do, however, want to address a few points you raised in your review: 1. Carpet Condition: While we acknowledge that some areas of the carpet may have stains, we would like to clarify that not all carpets throughout the property are in the same condition. We take the cleanliness and maintenance of our property seriously, and we had the carpet on the stairs professionally cleaned after your departure to address any concerns. 2. Automatic Lights: We apologize if the automatic lights in the property were inconvenient for you during your stay. We conduct thorough inspections after each stay, and our records indicate that the light switches were damaged during your stay. We have since hired an electrician to replace these with traditional light switches. 3. Noise Complaint: We regret any disturbance caused by the lower tenants' noise complaint on your first night. We understand that such situations can be frustrating, and we are taking steps to improve communication between guests in our duplex property. However, it's important to note that we received a complaint about excessive noise, which prompted our call to you. We appreciate your understanding of the need to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. We understand that your experience was impacted by some factors beyond our control, including the neighborhood and the noisy dog nearby. We regret any discomfort you experienced due to external factors and are exploring ways to minimize such disturbances in the future. Lastly, we encourage our guests to communicate with us during their stay if they encounter any issues or have concerns. We are here to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would have been more than willing to address any matters promptly had we been informed during your week-long stay.
