We will replace them with higher-quality towels and have housekeeping inspect the linen inventory to ensure plenty of clean, absorbent towels going forward. Hello, thank you for taking the time to let us know about these issues, and we are sorry the A/C, the master bathroom, and the kitchen disposal were not in good shape during your stay. A comfortable, fresh, fully working unit is exactly what we want for every guest, so our maintenance team is addressing the cooling, the toilet, and the disposal right away.
