3 Acre Property Lake Front Apartment. We are 12 miles from Vermont, 22 miles from Saratoga, 40 miles from Albany, and 3.5 hours from New York City.

Apartment is ground floor and has one bedroom unit with full bathroom and private access. Gym/work room has murphy bed. Living room has updated sofas and recliners. Kitchen has all new appliances, including new stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and air fryer oven. You will be staying in your own private apartment that sits on Washington County-Lake Lauderdale Park.

A lovely, peaceful and quiet place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and hold your privacy in high regard, yet they are there to help at any time. The lake, well known to me, was refreshing. The grounds well kept, and both they are the apartment immaculate, with so many artistic touches. Akiko shared her veggie garden bounty, and it was even a pleasure to help keep her flowers watered. I will surely look forward to returning again next year. Thank you John and Akiko !!

Wonderful stay in Cambridge.

We just spent 5 wonderful days in Cambridge. Access to the lake was unbeatable. I love fishing and this home allowed me to do it every day. The owner John was friendly, communicative, and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. He was even kind enough to let us enjoy some of the veggies from his AMAZING garden. The house had everything we needed and more. There were books, games, puzzles, etc. The weather was perfect so we weren't home very much, but if the weather forced us indoors, we would have had endless ways to keep busy.We are two adults, with two small fur babies and we all had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We booked our stay very last minute to visit family in the area and John's place was great! We really appreciate his accommodating us. The space was great and has everything you need (even everything you need to cook!) Can't wait to come back in the Summer.

Very clean and well equipped right down to the coffee available for use. Beautiful yard sloping down to the lake. My dog loved the yard.

Great Weekend Getaway

Thank you, John, for a great weekend getaway! We throughly enjoy a quiet, relaxing weekend and truly appreciate your hospitality! The place was very clean and perfect for us. Perfect location

Perfect location to get to nearby areas including VT. Right on the water so the evenings and mornings were enjoyable sitting on patio with the lake view.

Birthday trip

The apartment was very clean and set up and ready to go with greetings! The property was amazing and right on the lake front as listed! John was an amazing host very kind and accommodating. They have a beautiful garden that was also offered to us! Everything was perfect, a much needed relaxing retreat. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Property

Last week we concluded our 4th trip to this property. It has become somewhat of a tradition for myself and husband each year. This is an amazing place to stay. Everything you could need is provided and John and Kiko are amazing folks! On a side note I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and was struggling last week when we were there. If you have any mobility issues, this apartment is fully accesible with a walker. I was also able to get across the yard, down to the water with my walker very easily. There are no stairs in the apartment which makes for smooth sailing if you have a walking device. We plan to continue the tradition and will be back next year! Thanks again John and Kiko for a wonderful vacation.

Great Lake location

We came for a graduation so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the property but John was very helpful and it was such a peaceful lake. We’d love to come back to the area to enjoy more time on the lake!

Lakeside Retreat

This property has everything you could ask for. The apartment was very cozy and equipped with everything. John and his wife were pleasant . Being right on the lake was wonderful!

Immaculate basement accommodations

A lovely place if the weather is dry and beautiful. Very kind hosts. Sensitive sleepers need to be advised that footsteps from upstairs are fully audible.

Wonderful stay

This apartment is exactly what is described. The owners have thought of everything and it is immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and I also enjoyed relaxing in the recliners after a strenuous day. The kitchen is great and there’s coffee - very important to me. I had car trouble and the owner helped me out with a ride and even diagnosed my issue correctly. I will definitely book this again when I’m in the area. Too bad the weather wasn’t nice for kayaking.
