This house is a real Gem! It's comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and well-stocked: You will feel very spoiled staying at the Ocean Breeze Kona Home. This property is in an ideal location for enjoying the Big Island as you can walk to the Ocean, beaches, shopping, the Saturday farmers market, golfing, fine dining, casual restaurants, and many water activities. The Ocean Breeze Kona Home is located in a well established small community of homes built along the Keauhou Bay. This is a great spot in a safe neighborhood and just a few miles from downtown Kailua Kona. It is a single family dwelling and nothing is shared with others.

Beaches, Whales, and Eruptions on the Big Island!

We had a great time at a great location. Morning coffee on the upper balcony gave us views of outriggers, surfers, and Humpback Whales! Sandra gave us great suggestions on her favorite beaches, markets, eateries, coffee plantations, etc. We toured/snorkeled all around the island and got to see the Kilauea volcano erupting (Episode 9 started earlier in the day of our visit!).

Incredible home

The photos don’t do the property justice. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we could ever need. There is great indoor and outdoor space and plenty of beach supplies to make our stay more incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

Piece of Paridise

Wonderful home, scenic views, walk to water,, ocean sounds. Stay was to support a friend doing the Ironman event. Lifetime friends, a new grand baby and a glorious week in Hawaii. Excellent communication, everyone happy, positive feedback from all our guests. Hope to one day return. Maloha

Perfect location!

This home had everything our family of 6 could wish for! Plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful interior…but the LOCATION took it over the top. Expansive ocean views while sitting on the balcony every morning for coffee, and every evening with cocktails…just paradise. The private pool was an added bonus!!! We cannot wait to book our next family vacation here!!!

This property is located within a very short walk to the beach and other ocean activities such as snorkeling tours, etc. Quiet neighborhood on conveniently located. The host met us at the house and showed us around. A very good experience!

Great location and amazing views

This wonderful property had plenty of room for our three generation party of six. It’s a short walk to a fantastic snorkeling spot. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. It was very close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The location made a great home base for our day trips to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hilo, Mauna Kea, and Kapaau. Our favorite part was the enjoying the ocean view from the balcony. We even saw dolphins! The AC units in the bedrooms were appreciated. Overall a wonderful place in a fantastic location. I’d happily stay there again.

Wonderful Place

We loved our stay. The home is very comfortable and homey. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for all the meals we prepared for our group of 8. The beach equipment was nice to have for our day at the beach. The view can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise

We had a lovely stay at this bit of paradise. I hadn’t been this relaxed in years! The private pool and the wonderful views of the ocean were definite highlights. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to grocery stores and a few restaurants. A perfect place for family or couples. We hope to be back!

Great views

Very relaxing for a post wedding family getaway. Path down to water next to the house. Plenty of privacy for the 4 of us and a great room to be together for sunset.

Nice Accommodations

The property is nicely located close to the ocean. The view from the deck is exceptional. There are a variety of stores and restaurants within 15 minutes from the property.

Wonderful house in Big Island with everything you need

I would highly recommend this stay. It is a wonderful house, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful pool with ocean views right at your steps! there is absolutely nothing missing from this house for a wonderful vacation for friends and family. I will be back on my next visit to big Island.

Nice location with a lovely pool

Clean home with a great pool and lots of nice outdoor space. Perfect for families. The lower bedroom was too warm and it would be nice to have A/C in that area, but otherwise a great vacation house.

Location, view, and comfortable!

We loved our stay, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home with gorgeous view. Easy path to the little cove. Loved the pool and jacuzzi to cool off and relax muscles after a day of snorkeling and diving! Huge kitchen is great for our large group!

PERFECT stay!

From beginning to end, this has been our most favorite rental to date. Yes we've stayed in more up-to-date places or locations closer to the water, but if taking the whole package into consideration (communication with owner, views, cleanliness, location, amenities, the lanai, the POOL!!!) this house was a hit for our two families. So happy with our entire stay, and would absolutely recommend!

Freaking Beautiful!!

My family including my wife, my sister, my brother and most importantly, my 80 year mother (us kids gave her the vacation as birthday gift) and myself loved the property. The view from the deck was absolutely gorgeous and watching the sunsets was second to none. The property is well cared for and the pool and hot tub were very clean. There were plenty of towels, dishware, small appliances including two dishwashers. The only thing that should be highlighted a bit more is that the property is really a 3 bedroom home and they put a door to the basement/wet bar area and called that a bedroom. There is only a glass door separating these two spaces so if couples want privacy in both rooms, that will be a challenge. If it is a big family with lots of kiddos, staying in this space/s then it would likely be fine. Worse thing about this place is that it is so awesome, we didn’t want to leave. :). Thanks for letting us stay!! We would love to return!!

As soon as you walk through the front door you will see why I fell in love with this house. The ocean breeze, the warm balmy nights, the proximity to fun, food and frolicking all caught my fancy and I had to buy it. This was 25 years ago .... you might say, it's a keeper.
