Welcome to this two bedroom, two and 1/2-bath Villa. The property features a large wrap around lanai that is great for dining and ocean front entertainment. This home is equipped with a full modern kitchen and two private bathrooms inside each bedroom. The master bedroom has direct lanai access.

Also included is cable and Wi-Fi Internet. This Oceanfront Villa meets all of your Hawaiian retreat needs. Whether you are going to Hawaii to explore, relax, work or for a wedding this unique property is the top choice. The community also has two pools, a hot tub and a tennis court. BBQ's and ping pong table are located in the family pool area.

The location is 1.5 miles south of the center of Kailua-Kona. It is about a mile south of Hugo's Restaurant. The unit is air-conditioned with central air. Heaven on earth

The view from the Lanai was amazing from early morning to sunset with whale watching in between. We felt spoiled being there. The host was amazing with making sure we enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous ocean front location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great: Cable TV, Internet, Pool table, Lanais, A/C, washer/dryer. Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Had a mongoose sighting a couple times! Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.

Exceptional Tranquil Accessible and Energizing

The property was quiet, totally on its own from the large resort and had the full view of the ocean front with all the necessary amenities. The spinner dolphins added the true Hawaii touch.

Massive, phenomenal and spectacular are only a few of the words that my family and I uttered when we arrived.The condominium has everything you need and more to offer that will make all of your guests happy including a beautiful pool table.The semi-panoramic views of the ocean from the lanai are nothing short of breathtaking.The host was responsive to every question that we had, but we didn’t have many because everything we really needed to know was spelled out in the communications that arrived with the booking.I booked the condo as part of a celebration for my daughter in law’s re-enlistment ceremony and she remarked that this helped make the whole experience the highlight of her career.

Perfection in Paradise

The pictures do not do this condo justice as everything is exactly how it appears but better! The location was perfect for me as it’s close enough to get into town (it’s even on the Kona Trolley line) but far enough away that you felt completely at peace without the noise and congestion that comes from being right in town.

Fantastic Property on the Ocean

We enjoyed our stay. This is a large unique property on the ocean. Great sunsets and views. The sound of the ocean was soothing. The pool table is a bonus. The pictures just don’t do justice to this unit, which is spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is also convenient. The host is responsive when needed.

Vastly better than the pictures, perfect location for visitng the Kona area.

This property is stunning. The pictures make it look a bit dated and leave you wondering if the view is really as good as you think it is. OMG. It is huge, nicely decorated with lovely furniture and art, and is well set up for extending the living space onto the large lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai has gorgeous solid wood patio furniture and a direct view of the sun setting over the ocean. The shoreline is not ideal for swimming but the pool (again, way better and larger than the pictures) is immediately adjacent and gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. We swam and snorkled with sea turtles and gorgeous fish at a black sand beach 8 minutes away but drove by at least four beaches on the way there. You should definitely stay here.

Great location and property. Slightly slow on repairs

First, this is a great property and I would definitely stay again. The location is perfect. We had one issue with the airconditioning drain being clogged and it leaked/dripped in the kitchen. It took a bit of time for the owner to get the correct repairman on site. That said, he discounted our stay, which was fair but when you have a limited time for vacation, I would have preferred more prompt attention. Very unlikely this would happen again to someone else and assuming there are no issues needing attention while you stay, this is a very nice property. I would recommend to the owner to replace the old sliding doors. They need to be serviced or most likely replaced. They looked original to the unit from the 1980s.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, and we felt completely spoiled staying here. The ocean view is visible from the living room and master bedroom, and outside on the Lanai you can enjoy unobstructed views of the water and sunset, which we did every night. We stayed here with our two teenagers, and they loved it. We loved playing pool as a family in the unit and cooking meals in our well-appointed kitchen. The refrigerator has ice and water in the door, which we love. The shower in the master bathroom is so amazing that our whole family took turns using it. The community pool is very close by, and the parking was convenient. We only experienced one downside: the air conditioning in the master bedroom doesn't work, so we used a box fan to help move cooler air in from the common area.

Fabulous Property

Really clean, well-appointed condo in a perfect location, both in terms of its location steps from the ocean and 10 minutes by car to Kona’s shops and restaurants. Ideal for our family of five. I would recommend this place very highly.

Stunning panorama and location.

As described, the location is spectacular. Property is spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated and oddly configured, especially the si big room filled with pool table. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.
