The accommodations include a luxurious king-sized bed and two twins, all with Parachute mattresses, ensuring an amazing night’s sleep.

Entertainment is at your fingertips. Two smart TVs and WiFi keep you connected. The well-appointed kitchen boasts GE Café appliances, and custom cabinetry, perfect for culinary creations. Cozy up by one of the two wood-burning fireplaces, complete with supplied wood, or gather around the beach fire pit for memorable evenings under the stars.

With beachfront access, you're just a short stroll away from the scenic Crystal River. Experience the ultimate blend of relaxation and adventure at Beachcomber 11, your sanctuary in Glen Arbor.

Also a winter paradise! Ski and snowshoe right within the Homestead property! The ski season is typically from December to March with lifts operating on the weekends.
Snowshoe trails all across northern Michigan or even at the wineries! Downhill ski on site or make a quick trip to Crystal Mountain for the day.

Homestead pool not available to guests, no grills allowed, *shared use fire pit on the beach (*requires reservation).

Beachcomber 11 is a beautifully decorated condominium with an amazing view of Lake Michigan. We had many gorgeous evening sunsets. The location is perfect for exploring all of Leelanau peninsula! Also, the hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful condo on a clean, beautiful beach. Perfect location with plenty of entertainment nearby. Enjoyed the sunsets, bike trails, tennis courts, mini golf, hiking, fishing, and visiting the small towns on the M22. Would love to return!

Comfortable and chic-furnished unit which had direct access to the beach. The unit is relatively private and has a beautiful outdoor patio with sun loungers and chairs. Fully furnished and had all of the appliances and kitchen gadgets/dinnerware/cookware our family needed. All beds were comfortable and having two TVs was really convenient. I highly recommend this unit.

Lovely Condo Setting

The condo provides a lovely setting for viewing and enjoying Lake Michigan. The condo is super clean and well appointed. The owners thought of all the conveniences of home and go above and beyond to provide all the needed kitchen utensils, tableware, pots and pans, paper products, soaps, lotions, etc. However, the lighting throughout the condo is a bit dim and the king mattress in the main bedroom is soft which is why the rating is 4 stars rather than 5.

First time staying in Glen Arbor and we'll definitely be back. This was an absolutely perfect property. Everything was very high end and meticulously maintained. Upon arrival the unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. This place is a must stay if you're in playing a trip to Glen Arbor. Oh, and don't forget about the view!!

Spa like get a way

This was the best Homestead property I've ever stayed in. It was like being in a spa retreat. The location was perfect, the access to the beach right outside your door. The complex was quiet. The condo is designed like a luxury hotel, with guests needs in mind, it was hard to leave, will definetely make this our first choice upon returning next year.

Beautiful condo! Only issue was the noise from the renters in the condo above (vacuuming at 11pm which sounded like a jackhammer, etc) but that isn't the fault of the owners of the condo we stayed in.

Wonderful Lake Michigan waterfront condo. Beautiful and clean on the inside and beach access a short walk away. My family had a great trip and would stay here again. The only thing that was tricky was figuring out how to clean sand off feet before going back inside. Overall great rental.
