This spacious five-bedroom home spans three floors, each offering beautiful water views. The open-concept design includes multiple living areas, two stone fireplaces, and a gourmet island kitchen—ideal for gathering family and friends.

Beach House has everything – a beautiful, spacious home, private sandy beach, clean lake, nice lawns, cushy TV room, hot tub, kayaks and paddle board. And it's close to so many great destinations – farms, restaurants, Traverse City, other resort towns. I wish it was further away from Long Lake Road, but the area is wooded and lush. The property manager was super responsive. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described. It was nice to have the water equipment. Lots of space in the house. Seating at the dining table for 10 occupancy would have been good-table was plenty big. The kitchen was well equipped. More detail of that in the listing would be good so the renter has an idea.

Beautiful Setting, but needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on Long Lake is beautiful, and the house offered plenty of space for our group. Unfortunately, it did not feel as though the property had been thoroughly checked or prepared before our arrival. Several showerheads were pulling away from the walls, multiple toilet seats were loose or coming off, and the small upstairs bathroom never had warm water. Some beds were missing pillows or pillowcases, the basement bathroom had no toilet paper, there were no spare trash bags, and the hot tub headrests were lying on the ground when we arrived. We documented everything for the property manager, who thanked us and said the issues would be addressed. Overall, it’s a lovely location, but the house needs more consistent maintenance and attention between guests.

The showerheads pulling away from the walls, loose toilet seats, lack of warm water in the upstairs bathroom, missing pillows and pillowcases, missing toilet paper, lack of spare trash bags, and displaced hot tub headrests are all items that should have been caught before check-in. We appreciate that you documented these concerns and shared them with our property management team during your stay. Your feedback will be reviewed with our maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams so these items can be addressed and our between-stay inspection process can be improved. The Beach House is in a wonderful setting, and we regret that these maintenance and preparation issues took away from your experience. Thank you again for bringing them to our attention.

Excellent family vacation spot

We just ended a wonderful week at this lovely big house. It was perfect for our extended family with enough bedrooms for all, lovely furnishings in great condition, fantastic views and lots of water toys, an abundance of paper products & supplies, and immaculately clean (thanks Delaney!). The house manager Autumn was so easy to interact with, very responsive and accommodating. This was a great house and a great vacation.

Great North Michigan retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing views. Great amenities. Space for your entire ‘larger’ family and room to entertain. The staff does a great job to ensure your stay is relaxing and accommodating!

Great home and property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is well maintained and has 2 master suites which was perfect for our multiple family group. Everyone had their own space but great outdoor area to hang together.

House on Long Lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Only comment is that water pressure was low whenever 2 showers were running at the same time.

Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The house does have some water pressure issues and it would be nice if the sprinklers could run during quiet time. We had a wonderful stay.

Fall Getaway - Traverse City 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in excellent shape and it served the needs of our party of 10. Beds, linens and towels were all excellent quality. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and serving ware. We would rent this home again.

Spacious, beautiful house

Plenty of room, nicely landscaped. Easy communication with host, no hot pads, called and they were brought over. Railing off deck going down stairs outside though is loose, seemed wobbly. Only thing is bring your own soap for showers as no soap is provided for shower/tub area. Truly a beautiful nice location
