very well maintained and clean property with everything you would need to enjoy a weeks stay. very quiet neighborhood and convenient to St. Augustine and Daytona for day trips

Loved the home. It was a nice place for our to relax inside or outside the house. Pool was clean and well kept. Definitely would book here again.

House was clean kitchen supplies were excellent. Pool was delightful. A very enjoyable stay. I beat my son at ping-pong. He beat me at basketball. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!).Our host Jeff was also outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish.We’re already looking forward to our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing escape!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, comfortable home with a fully stocked kitchen. We lived in the lanai, enjoying morning coffee in the outdoor seating area, beating the afternoon heat in the pool, and eating every meal at the outdoor dining table. The home has gorgeous decor with a perfect open layout. The home was convenient to our favorite places when/ if we ventured out. We loved the beautiful sunsets and peacefully perfect morning coffee on the deck while watching manatee in the canal. And the garage games and kayaks were great! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Our Favorite Yet!

We travel pretty often (about once a month), and this was hands down the *best* house we've ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, we knew it wpuld be a great week! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly relaxing — like walking into a nice resort, but with all the comforts of home.The heated saltwater pool was perfect. We were in it from breakfast until dinner. Super clean, perfect temperature, and just overall amazing. The lanai was immaculate. No bugs, no critters, just peaceful outdoor living. Tons of lounging space to stretch out and enjoy the Florida sunshine. And the dock — sturdy, relaxing, and the best part we saw three manatees swim by! The house itself is incredibly well-stocked. And I mean everything- not just the basics. We didn’t have to run out for anything except groceries, which is a first for us. Each of the four bedrooms was spacious and comfortable, and the three bathrooms were luxurious and sparkling clean.A huge shoutout to our host, Jeff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind — just a great guy all around.We come to Palm Coast twice a year and have stayed in some great spots, but this place? Top of the list. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it — you won’t regret it. Thank you Jeff for an unforgettable stay. We’re already counting the days until we can come back! it. Thank y
