Outdoor space was great. I enjoyed the missing with coffee out on the dock. Florida room was a unique space to have fun.

House was beautiful, the pool table and pac man game was a lot of fun. Having the beautiful deck outside was wonderful with the fire pit to watch tv. This home has it all! A real must stay close drive to St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. Recommend dining at the Oceanside Grill & restaurant! Smash burger was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The property was perfect. Plenty of room and very well stocked. Lots of extras. Amazing location. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was beautifully laid out, with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. House location was reasonably close to shopping and restaurants and we would definitely rent again in the future.We did have an issue with not enough garbage bags. However my wife is an avid walker and when she asked a fellow walker where there was a local store she could pick some up, they handed her some. That tells you about the quality of the neighborhood. She also received suggestions for restaurants and other things on her walks.

The place was clean and well stocked. Our main problem with the place was setting the temperature on the AC. It was pre programmed to go to 78 at night and we were unable to change this. When we called management there was not anyone that could help and they said they could send someone the next day. So 2 nights I sweated and the last 2 nights the issue was resolved. Asked for a discount with no response.

Beautiful property overall but had a number of issues with poor response from manager. Bathroom backup into shower made the house smell. Grass overgrown all week. Too warm in house and no way to set to our own liking. They do NOT take VRBO OneKey cash. No steps down into water. Great outdoor space and TVs all around. Loved the game room.
