This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. - Per City ordinance, 30 day or longer stays only.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage and driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Additional street parking available.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway.

• A deposit of $1,500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $1500/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Customer Care team will coordinate payment of the deposit.

• This home is pet friendly, up to 2 pets are welcome. Please pick up pet waste, do not leave pets loose unattended, and keep pets on a leash outdoors. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
